Excellent Service
I have a 2011 Honda Accord. I bought my vehicle at the Raleigh location. I had problems with that location when I first purchased the car. If I would have known how they was going to treat me after I bought the car, I would have bought it at the Cary dealership. I call to the Cary location and spoke to Leonard Jackson (Jack) he was very patience and listen to me. He told me that I could bring my car to their location. I decided to do so and Jack has been my advisor every since. Jack has always been excellent in his customer service, he makes sure that I understand everything. I will continue to come to the Cary service department. Driving all the way from Zebulon, NC.
