Excellent Customer Service! 6/6/2011

My wife and I were trying to decide which direction to go in buying a new car. I am a loyal Honda buyer and had already used Autopark Honda for service. So we were very happy to meet Erik Lutz, who was completely down to earth and easy going about our questions. He didn't try to pressure us, but made us feel like he was truly our advocate in the buying process. He worked really hard to get us the best deal. We put off a decision for several weeks, and he was stellar in coming in on a day off to make our purchase happen. We really enjoyed our experience with Erik and Autopark Honda, and will keep going back. more

Excellent Customer Service! 6/6/2011

My wife and I were trying to decide which direction to go in buying a new car. I am a loyal Honda buyer and had already used Autopark Honda for service. So we were very happy to meet Erik Lutz, who was completely down to earth and easy going about our questions. He didn't try to pressure us, but made us feel like he was truly our advocate in the buying process. He worked really hard to get us the best deal. No Buyer's Remorse!!!! Love Auto Park Honda 6/4/2011

We started seriously looking on a Sunday, because we didn't want to be bothered by pushy sales people. While we were walking among the cars, a gentleman approached us. Charlie Bruce introduced himself and told us that he was there to answer questions only, that he couldn't open the cars, and that he was just there to help people looking if he could. He was very polite and informative.....absolutely NO high pressure sales tactics at all. Charlie told us to contact someone when we were ready, and if we contacted him, he would be appreciative. Over a week later, we needed to look a little more seriously. When I called Charlie, he remembered my husband and I by name before I could tell him my name. We went back in, and Charlie was so helpful. He was professional the entire time, and at no time did I feel as though we were being pressured to purchase, nor did I feel like we were going through a typical negotiate/haggle/negotiate/haggle sales torture. I will definitely be going back to Auto Park Honda in the future, and I encourage others to do so as well. more

Best Honda dealership in the Triangle! 5/30/2011

I started my journey to a new Honda at Crown Honda at Southpoint. What an awful experience. I was there for 10 minutes and no one even said hello to me. I drive out to Autopark Honda and Jon came out to great me immediately. Jon showed me a few models and I settled on test driving a 2011 CR-V. Upon my decision to purchase this, Jon asked me what I wanted for my trade and asked me what I would pay for CR-V. There was no haggling, I got what I asked for the first time, and that was awesome. I will be purchasing my next car from Autopark Honda also. more

Best Honda dealership in the Triangle! 5/30/2011

Luis and Boris are wonderful! 5/29/2011

I originally went to another dealership and was not given a good deal, even though I was buying 2 brand new cars. I decided to go look at other dealerships and found Autopark Honda. Henry, Luis, and Boris took great care of me. They knew when I was coming, what I was buying, and were very friendly. Luis explained the questions that the other dealership I went to couldn't answer. The other dealership kept repeating themselves and being a typical salesman. Luis was honest and took his time explaining any questions we had. He was more than helpful. It was really hot outside and he offered to go get the cars for us instead of making us walk through the large parking lot. I felt very comfortable buying a vehicle from Luis...I mean 2 vehicles!! more

I have purchased quite a few Honda?s since we moved to NC in ?06 and Charlie has been one of the most attentive, helpful and knowledgeable salespersons I have worked with. Melvin was so helpful in helping us purchase our new car. He even came in to the dealership on his day off to finalize our deal so we could get the financing we wanted. He took his time to answer all our questions and really knew his cars. Most importantly, he was honest!! He was very motivated to get us the price we were looking for and never came across pushy. Excellent sales service 5/22/2011

I did not read these reviews ahead of going to Autopark, so I just walked in and started working with the first sales person who spoke to me - a roll of the dice. I was very lucky, because that person was Melvin Wooten. He really made the difference. He was respectful, courteous, and was very diligent in getting the best price for me. I compared a lot in the region and even in SC and took my time, not expecting that a large dealership in the Triangle would get me the best deal. In the end, Melvin did get me the best deal by far, as well as making the experience a breeze. more

Never a Honda From Auto Park Honda again 5/12/2011

Purchased a2011 Honda Accord on New Year's Eve 2010 from Maureen. Having not heard from her for the first 6 weeks I called Honda to say no one has contacted us or thanked us and they told us she was out sick. I sent an email to Danny Williams, General Mgr. and he turned it over to Service Dept. and never called me. Service Dept. called and wanted to fix any issues still not understanding it was the general follow up after the sale that was upsetting. I have listened to 2 neighbors brag about their royal treatment from Crown Honda and I am sorry I let my husband talk me into the Leith Family again (2nd Honda). My neighbors have had a pizza party so they can go over the parts of their car, they get free car washes and waxes (not just a hosing like Auto Park Honda does and they care about their customers. Also, had a computer in my car for weeks and when it was removed (from Honda) no one called to say anything about what they saw or did not see. I tried to get a number for one of the Leiths but Honda would not give it out. We will never buy another Honda from Auto Park Honda and not at all impressed with their service. more
