We started seriously looking on a Sunday, because we didn't want to be bothered by pushy sales people. While we were walking among the cars, a gentleman approached us. Charlie Bruce introduced himself and told us that he was there to answer questions only, that he couldn't open the cars, and that he was just there to help people looking if he could. He was very polite and informative.....absolutely NO high pressure sales tactics at all. Charlie told us to contact someone when we were ready, and if we contacted him, he would be appreciative. Over a week later, we needed to look a little more seriously. When I called Charlie, he remembered my husband and I by name before I could tell him my name. We went back in, and Charlie was so helpful. He was professional the entire time, and at no time did I feel as though we were being pressured to purchase, nor did I feel like we were going through a typical negotiate/haggle/negotiate/haggle sales torture. I will definitely be going back to Auto Park Honda in the future, and I encourage others to do so as well.
