Excellent Customer Service 2/14/2011

I've used Autopark Honda for all of my service needs since I bought my first car there in 1995. The customer service reps (first Kevin, then Kimberly and now Jeff Corbett) have all been outstanding. Straight talk, open and honest communications and (despite their size), they treat customers as individuals. Well done! more

Christopher Kenney at Auto Park Honda 2/14/2011

We bought a new Honda on Friday from Christopher Kenney at Auto Park Honda. Christopher was very attentive and pleasant to deal with. He got me in the exact car I wanted and I got to take it home that day unlike at other dealerships where I would have to wait to get the car I wanted. He walked us through the whole process including setting up my appointment to get some extras put on. Christopher truly made the car buying experience a fun and enjoyable one! more

We bought a new Honda on Friday from Christopher Kenney at Auto Park Honda. Christopher was very attentive and pleasant to deal with. He got me in the exact car I wanted and I got to take it home that day unlike at other dealerships where I would have to wait to get the car I wanted. Salesman Carl Salyer review 2/12/2011

Carl Salyer at Autopark Honda gave me very good service on my quest to buy a car. We drove several cars, he followed up with me on where I was at in the car buying process and gave helpful tips such as CarMax may be interested in buying my car. Perhaps the most helpful tip he gave, when I was struggling with the color of the car is mentioning that you can't tell the color of the car when you are driving it - I am not one to idlely look at a car, this sold me on the car color (well, also, the fact that I could get any color I wanted for only $1100 more!). I would do business again with Carl and wish him much future prosperity. more

I visited Auto Park on a busy Saturday afternoon, all of the sales people were busy when I walked in. Carl Salyer and Jon each had a customer but worked as a team to make sure that I got what I needed. I've never seen sales people work so well together- they were focused on me and what I needed to learn. They had to order the vehicle for me and kept me in the loop every step of the way. There was no pressure, no tricks, or any sort of game play. This was a great experience, I will purchase another vehicle from this dealership and will seek our Carl and Jon. more

Auto Park Honda--Miles Maat helped me get what I wanted 2/10/2011

I just bought a new Honda Accord and Miles Maat was my salesman. HOWEVER, he went beyond the title of salesman in his treatment of this customer. I was in the Autopark to purchase another car at another dealership, and I stopped by Honda before making the final decision. Mr. Maat sat with me and researched every car that I was interested in. With his help, instead of purchasing just A car (from the other dealership), I was able to purchase THE car that I really wanted. This is my 3rd Honda, and I had planned to try something else. But this experience has taught me that if it's not broken, you don't have to fix it--I'll be buying my next car from Honda, and I'll be looking for my salesman, Miles Maat. I recommend him to everyone. more
