Great Experience 10/11/2010

I’ve been looking into purchasing a Honda Ridgeline for several months now, and have been to other Honda dealerships but they would not work with us. I started searching online and got in touch with Henry in the internet sales department at AutoPark Honda in which he had several quotes for me. I contacted him and set up an appointment with a salesman that I had delt with before but he was unavailable. Instead, we met with Rick Sider during our visit and not only was he extremely knowledgeable on the Ridgeline, but he was extremely helpful when it came to the finance questions prior to meeting with the business manager. We had all, if not more, answers to our questions from Rick and will request him again in the future. He did not pressure us, or make us feel like we were wasting his time. Great experience. more

I’ve been looking into purchasing a Honda Ridgeline for several months now, and have been to other Honda dealerships but they would not work with us. Great Overall Experience 10/6/2010

I had to get a new car for my work, and my family recommended me to Auto Park Honda (both my dad and brother had bought cars from this dealership). I met with Don at the dealership and he did everything in his power to make the process as painless as possible. I never felt that he was pressuring me to buying something that I didn't want. Don was extremely friendly and even remembered my family members by name! The car is great and is perfect for my line of work. Came to me clean and ready to drive, no problems so far. If you are looking for a new Honda, go to Auto Park Honda, and speak with Don, I'm sure he will help you as much as he helped me. more

Miles Maat - great salespeson 10/5/2010

We had a very good new card buying experience. Miles Maat is wonderful to work with - straightforward and actually made the process pretty fun. We got a fair deal for our trade. The backend process takes a bit too long here, in my opinion (so 4 stars rather than 5), but in the end we got exactly the car we wanted, felt good about the price and our trade, and enjoyed working with Miles very much. Would recommend him highly. more

Great Buying Experience - Love the car! 10/5/2010

I had a lease end in mid-summer, and was dreading the whole process. I had been driving a Honda Civis Si, and while I loved the feel of the car I wanted something larger. Carl did an excellent job, and even though he knew the Accord was best he patiently went through me driving everything. He knew based on talking to me alone the accord was the best fit. Carl was extremely patient, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car as well as competitors models that are similar to the Accord. After we made the decision, he worked with the wonderful team at the dealership to find the car I wanted, get the financing completed, and answered all our questions even as the dealership was closing down for the day. The car came in earlier than expected, and I just fell in love with my 2-door coupe Accord. The drive is awesome, very comfortable as well as pretty to look at. Carl did an excellent job matching a car to fit my needs and personality. I highly recommend Carl Salyer, and Auto Park Honda of Cary. more

I have purchased two new Hondas at Auto Park during the past 18 months, a Civic for a daughter and an Accord for me (Dad.) On the first purchase, I was assigned Carl Salyer as the dealer rep. On the second buy I asked specifically for Carl.\r \r On both sales I found Carl to be cordial, competent and caring. He was straightforward and answered my questions forthrightly. He also was patient during the sales process and did not prod me to quickly make a deal. \r \r What has surprised and gratified me most, however, is Carl's personable contacts after the sales were completed. During these several follow-up contacts he has focused on the performance of the cars and our satisfaction with them.\r \r While my overall buying experience with the dealership has been a positive one, Cal Salyer is the person in the organization that has ""sold me the most."" more

Number one i knew there was a problem when the guy in line before me got turned away because they were too busy to do an oil change. All i wanted was a spare key. First i was told mis information, that i had to have an appointment and my car had to be brought into the shop and it would be at least 100 for one key. they actually said to go to leith on capital. I went there they did not even need my car and i got two keys for 50 bucks more

FRAUDULENT, DECEITFUL. BEWARE! 7/22/2010

My brother had his car repaired at another Honda dealership before moving to this area, and within a couple of wks, the same problem developed. So we took the car to Auto Park Honda in Cary because they said they could fix the problem at no extra charge. It was supposed to still be under warranty. After we dropped off the car, it was almost impossible to talk to anyone on the phone to check on the status of repairs. 4 days later, Jeff Corbett claimed that the wouldn't release the car until the prior co. paid them. We went to the service shop and Jeff still would not return the car, holding it hostage, until we finally got the other co. on the phone. This was a crock! We were afraid we'd have to pay for the repairs ourselves in order to get the car back. Had we known he was going to play this game, we never would have even left the car with this shady outfit! Dishonest and fraudulent ploys. Never again! Pros: Nice waiting room? Cons: Expect to be CONNED more

Honda Accord 2008 and there after 6/4/2010

New customers and existing owners please be aware that there is a problem with the braking system of Honda Accord 2008 and there after models. Front rotors will need to be resurfaced twice on average within the first 37,000 milese. Brake pads with need to be replaced about twice also within the first 37 K. All is only points in one direction that rotors & brake pads are faulty, sub-standard and cheap. Honda & dealership will not admit there is a problem with it. They will tell you it because the way you brake. This is what they tell every customer who has this issue. You will have to pay full if your car has over 36k and partial pay if under 36k for any repairs. If you are okay with this issue with Honda Accord 2008 and thereafter models or you plan on not using the brakes then it is a great car. Choice is yours! Pros: On the whole it is a good car EXCEPT Cons: Brakes/rotors totally SUCKS!!!! more
