We had the most positive car buying experience ever at Auto Park Honda with Carl Salyer. Courteous, respectful, reliable, high level appreciation for the customer's time and experience outcome. He represents the company as though he owns it and treats his clients as though they are the only client in the house. The process was easy and efficient. I just bought a 2011 CR-V and love it. It's my 3rd new Honda since 2000. Diana Polovko was my sales rep. and she was great ... never pushy and wasn't calling me 10 times a day although it took me a couple of weeks to get around to purchasing the vehicle (I got really busy at work) Love my Honda ! more

Best Salesman - Mark Yingling at Auto Park Honda of Cary 10/29/2010

My family and I have purchased several vehicles form Mark this year. Each time, Mark has been accommodating to our schedules, and he made the process extraordinarily easy. It is safe to say, with Mark, buying a car/SUV has been the most stress-free auto-buying process we have ever experienced. Negotiations were simple, and Mark always gave us a fair deal with options we requested. He quickly made dealer trades on two vehicles, and was able to secure the exact vehicle we wanted each time. Finally, we have a new favorite salesman in Mark, as he is quite simply the best my family has ever had the pleasure to work with. We are very thankful for all Mark has done for us! more

Best service ever 10/27/2010

I have been a loyal Honda owner for many years and been very pleased. I purchased my 2003 Civic Hybrid from Auto Park Honda in 2003 and have had it serviced there since then. I have also had 2 other Honda cars in that time that I have had serviced there. I have been very satisfied with not only the original purchase of my car there but the outstanding service I've been treated to. I feel the dealership has gone above and beyond in helping me. My car still runs great and gets fantastic gas milage. I've owned many cars by many manufacturers over the last 40 years. I am most happy with my Hondas and Auto Park Honda. more

Great Experience - Patsy 10/21/2010

Just purchased my first Honda CRV - 2011 on Oct. 9th and love it so far. I had the best sales person ever Luis Ferrara. I was there on Friday just looking around, had several dealerships in mind to go to. No sooner had I pulled up and started looking here comes Luis all smiles and ready to help with all my questions I had. Very pleasant person, not pushy like some sale people, very considerate, knowledgable and compassionate to my needs of what vehicle I needed. That Saturaday I took my husband to look at the tree dealerships I had been to on Friday. After looking we were lead back to Honda . I called Luis and told him we were on our way. It was getting late close to closing but that was not a priorty to him helping us to get the vehicle we wanted. Super Service 10/13/2010

Being new to the greater RTP area, we had searched for a reputable Honda Service Center for our recently purchased Crosstour. We were not disappointed with the Auto Park Honda, which has the checkin-to-payment process well orchestrated, and nice amenities in the waiting area (2 hour wait). From free water, coffee, wifi and popcorn to the nail-polish Monday special for my wife (Monday's only), it was a very pleasant experience. For us, it is well worth traveling the 40 minutes across town for this exceptional service. more
