We had a very good new card buying experience. Miles Maat is wonderful to work with - straightforward and actually made the process pretty fun. We got a fair deal for our trade. The backend process takes a bit too long here, in my opinion (so 4 stars rather than 5), but in the end we got exactly the car we wanted, felt good about the price and our trade, and enjoyed working with Miles very much. Would recommend him highly.
