I have purchased two new Hondas at Auto Park during the past 18 months, a Civic for a daughter and an Accord for me (Dad.) On the first purchase, I was assigned Carl Salyer as the dealer rep. On the second buy I asked specifically for Carl.\r \r On both sales I found Carl to be cordial, competent and caring. He was straightforward and answered my questions forthrightly. He also was patient during the sales process and did not prod me to quickly make a deal. \r \r What has surprised and gratified me most, however, is Carl's personable contacts after the sales were completed. During these several follow-up contacts he has focused on the performance of the cars and our satisfaction with them.\r \r While my overall buying experience with the dealership has been a positive one, Cal Salyer is the person in the organization that has ""sold me the most.""
