Purchased a2011 Honda Accord on New Year's Eve 2010 from Maureen. Having not heard from her for the first 6 weeks I called Honda to say no one has contacted us or thanked us and they told us she was out sick. I sent an email to Danny Williams, General Mgr. and he turned it over to Service Dept. and never called me. Service Dept. called and wanted to fix any issues still not understanding it was the general follow up after the sale that was upsetting. I have listened to 2 neighbors brag about their royal treatment from Crown Honda and I am sorry I let my husband talk me into the Leith Family again (2nd Honda). My neighbors have had a pizza party so they can go over the parts of their car, they get free car washes and waxes (not just a hosing like Auto Park Honda does and they care about their customers. Also, had a computer in my car for weeks and when it was removed (from Honda) no one called to say anything about what they saw or did not see. I tried to get a number for one of the Leiths but Honda would not give it out. We will never buy another Honda from Auto Park Honda and not at all impressed with their service.
