THE BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN CARY!!!! 1/9/2012

I own 2 Hondas. Both were bought and are serviced at Autopark Honda. They have the best service department by far. Kimberly Watters is great to deal with. She truly cares and is knowledgable. A definate plus to the service department. I am greeted when I get there by friendly faces and offered one of their many ""freebies"" anything from coffee, bottled water, hot chocolate, fruit, doughnuts to manicures and massages. They talk to me in a straight forward manner. No Games and Gimicks here!!!! They Rock!!!! more

Eldwin Cares! 1/9/2012

Dear Eldwin - I am a 155,000 mile-old Honda Odyssey. My owner used to be nice to me, but she isn't anymore. She knows when my old body has aches and pains, but she doesn't think I'm worth investing in anymore. She even lets her teenagers drive me and blast their loud music (is ""Skillet"" music?). This morning, she brought me to you for a follow-up visit. You were so nice to me once again! You had ordered a special part I needed, and explained to my owner why I do still matter. You told her what I must have to survive, and what I would like to have just for comfort. She trusts you, Eldwin! Thanks for taking such good care of me over the last several months. Auto Park Honda Service - Impressively consistent!! 1/6/2012

We've bought and brought in all of our Honda's over the last 15+ years to Autopark Honda for servicing. Just brought back our 2010 Accord from it's regular servicing yesterday. Our service advisor, Eldwin Breeden, was terrific and made sure our service experience was once again the best it could possibly be. I have been bringing my Honda's to Auto Park Honda for 5 1/2 years and have always been impressed with the staff in their service department. On my last 3 trips my service advisor has been Eldwin and his customer service is ""top notch"". He has always been super friendly and made us feel like we are a number 1 priority. Today was no exception when I had a warranty item being replaced on my Pilot and needed my car back early. Even though the service department was very busy, Eldwin was able to get my car back to me 2 hours sooner than I had requested. Great Service...Thank You, Elwin!!! more

Great Service...Always 11/30/2011

I have done business with Autopark honda for over a decade. I have purchased 2 new vehicles from them, and have been having the service department perform the necessary maintenance. The service is always performed with excellent attention to details, and is usually very customer oriented mostly due to my service adviser - Cheryl. I believe that it's just as important to receive quality service, as it is to have a business that will stand by it's work and will resolve any issues in a quick, efficient and professional manner. Honda of Cary service hasn't disappointed yet! more

Taking my vehicle for service is always a painstaking, and obnoxious experience. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received at Auto Park Honda. I am a car illiterate girl and I'm so happy my service advisor Jeremy helps me out. Small or large they help me out with whatever I need on my car to help me stay safe on the road. I highly recommend them and I like that I can make appointments so it fits in my schedule, thanks guys! more

I hate taking my vehicle in for service and it usually does not turn into a good experience. I am glad to say that my visit to Auto Park Honda was painless and enjoyable due to the youg lady that assisted me - Sheryl. She was very knowledgable and kind and made my visit a good one. Pleasantly Surprised! 11/21/2011

I have had my share of dealings with Dealer repair shops over the years. Many have been unpleasant to say the least. On one occasion when my gmc truck needed repairs the dealer I bought it from tried to convince me to pay $3400.00 for new injectors even though I told them I had received a recall from GM. Needless to say I left and never looked back at that gmc dealer. I always half expect that same experience When I take a vehicle to get repairs. Auto Park Honda didn't treat me like an idiot or try to feed me a load of crap. I'm pretty adept at most things but my wife's accord was in need of more than I could fix. Jeremy at auto park kept me filled in on what the issues were and answered my questions pretty well when i wanted to know what the problems with the accord were, how they knew it was really the problem and how they knew they had it all right. I won't sugarcoat it, am always suspicious of people who fix stuff I can't see, but they seemed very honest and clean. That means alot when it comes to people that my wife might have to deal with. As I said, I'm pleasantly surprised and satisfied now that my wife's car is running great again. more

DAMAGED CAR, DID NOT REPAIR. 11/21/2011

Had a simple power window repair done. Had the same repair done to the other window earlier for $175. Now they wanted $420! Oh and by the way, they had damaged the entire door panel but would be replacing it free. Pretty obvious they were padding the power window repair to make me pay for their mistake. When I refused, then the price went back down to what it was supposed to be. They also damaged the new window tinting. The tech said he'd have the manager call me to discuss. The manager never did. Will try TAO auto next time. They are generally less expensive anyway. more

Excellent Experience 11/19/2011

I purchased at 2012 Honda Fit from Charlie Bruce in October. Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and fun! I will be purchasing a second vehicle in the near future - because of Charlie it will be another Honda and he will get my business. more
