Great experience with Eldwin Breedin Service Advisor, had to have my SRS light in dash checked under potential recall and Eldwin went above and beyound and provide me with addl service areas that may need to be addressed. Eldwin kept me informed of the process and issue with parts that needed to be ordered and a timeline for having the my vehicle completed and return to me. more

My husband and I have been using Auto Park Honda since 2003, and has bought 3 cars so far (including a used car). We live in north Raleigh, so it actually makes more sense to go to a different Honda dealer in the north part of the Triangle, but we didn't have a good experience with one of them up here in 2003, and ever since, we just keep going to Auto Park Honda in Cary, because they ave never failed us!! I had to take in my 1-year old, still brand-new looking Honda for a repair this time, because my side-view mirror was hanging by a single cable... it is just too embarrassing to tell you how it happened. I duct-taped it to the passenger-side door, and just couldn't bear the appearance of my car!! I was really embarrassed to bring it in, plus I was really worried about the total cost to have it fixed. I had lots of questions... Jack answered ALL my questions, and suggested some options to reduce repair cost, including what my insurance agent didn't tell me! He took me to the Parts Department and got me the break-down of all the parts I needed to order, too. Thanks to their wonderful Wi-Fi connection, I made the deadline for my work, while I was waiting for the repair to be done. The whole experience was great. Thank you, Jack! more

Car dealerships for years had a bad rap. People painted them as over-charging, cheating, lying places to take your vehicle. If every place treated their customers like Auto Park Honda that problem that would have never existed. I took my car there and was treated with courtesy and respect. My car was serviced and completed at the time I was told. Cheryl was great!!! She was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend her and Auto Park Honda without a second thought. more

I had issues with all of my keys not turning in the ignition to start my car. I had to get my car towed to the service shop which was open on Sunday, Super Bowl Sunday at that.This is where I purchased this car and had good experiences in the past. I was greeted and taken care of by Cheryl Furcini. She was courteous and tried to get my car fixed asap Sunday mid afternoon. It turned out that they cut new keys and I was on my way. The next day when trying to start car. Same problem - keys would not turn at all. Finally after approximately 1hour of trying, I got it to turn and start. I drove back to the service shop and Cheryl took care of the problem again. A new ignition cylinder was put in as well as my keys were programmed to the new cylinder. It was frustrating, however; Cheryl made the problem easier to deal with and in the end I was given a discount from the price quoted for the inconvenience. I would certainly bring my car back for any future work and would recommend to others. Thanks for a job well done and peace to you Cheryl. Thanks!!! more

I have found that going to Auto Park Honda is cheaper and the work is guaranteed. I used Cheryl Furcini this past week to get my car fixed. They did it promptly and had a loaner car for me to use while it was in getting worked on. It was ready when promised and the price was exactly what she quoted me. I will always use them because they know my car better than anyone else and even do service on the weekends. Great experience and thanks again to Cheryl. more

I had my car serviced yesterday again at Honda in Cary and have to say I am happy with the consistent professionalism, speed and knowledge. CJ is not only great to work with but also provides the right amount of information on what is going on with my car, how long the work will take and listens closely to any concerns I may have. The waiting area is nicely stocked with beverages, lots of space to work and free wireless. All in all a great, comfortable experience that was fast and efficient. Thanks CJ! more
