My husband and I have been using Auto Park Honda since 2003, and has bought 3 cars so far (including a used car). We live in north Raleigh, so it actually makes more sense to go to a different Honda dealer in the north part of the Triangle, but we didn't have a good experience with one of them up here in 2003, and ever since, we just keep going to Auto Park Honda in Cary, because they ave never failed us!! I had to take in my 1-year old, still brand-new looking Honda for a repair this time, because my side-view mirror was hanging by a single cable... it is just too embarrassing to tell you how it happened. I duct-taped it to the passenger-side door, and just couldn't bear the appearance of my car!! I was really embarrassed to bring it in, plus I was really worried about the total cost to have it fixed. I had lots of questions... Jack answered ALL my questions, and suggested some options to reduce repair cost, including what my insurance agent didn't tell me! He took me to the Parts Department and got me the break-down of all the parts I needed to order, too. Thanks to their wonderful Wi-Fi connection, I made the deadline for my work, while I was waiting for the repair to be done. The whole experience was great. Thank you, Jack!
