Review content:
I have had my share of dealings with Dealer repair shops over the years. Many have been unpleasant to say the least. On one occasion when my gmc truck needed repairs the dealer I bought it from tried to convince me to pay $3400.00 for new injectors even though I told them I had received a recall from GM. Needless to say I left and never looked back at that gmc dealer. I always half expect that same experience When I take a vehicle to get repairs. Auto Park Honda didn't treat me like an idiot or try to feed me a load of crap. I'm pretty adept at most things but my wife's accord was in need of more than I could fix. Jeremy at auto park kept me filled in on what the issues were and answered my questions pretty well when i wanted to know what the problems with the accord were, how they knew it was really the problem and how they knew they had it all right. I won't sugarcoat it, am always suspicious of people who fix stuff I can't see, but they seemed very honest and clean. That means alot when it comes to people that my wife might have to deal with. As I said, I'm pleasantly surprised and satisfied now that my wife's car is running great again.
