Review content:
This was my first car purchase ever, and I was really nervous about the process. I thought that A) because I'm a girl and B) because I'm a first time buyer that my salesperson was going to try to pull a fast one on me and rip me off. Luckily, that was NOT my experience at AutoPark Honda. I was greeted by several friendly faces as soon as I got within 10 feet of the door. Erik Lutz was my salesperson and he was absolutely wonderful! He took me step-by-step through the process and answered all of my many questions. He also helped me in deciding between a coupe and a 4 door by calling an insurance agent to help me find out if coupes cost a lot more to cover. On top of all that, when they didn't have the color I wanted at AutoPark, he was able to arrange to get one from another dealership so that I wouldn't have to wait longer for one to come in, and called a few days after the sale to make sure I was still happy. Erik is a great salesperson, and I believe a genuinely nice guy. So, if you're looking for a car, go to AutoPark Honda and ask for Erik! You won't regret it!
