I have to say, after owning many Honda's in my life, this was one of the best service dept. experience I ever had.
I had the pleasure to work with Jack in the service dept. and he was smart, honest and did not take advantage of my checkbook. I needed the key ignition switch replaced, and my air-conditioning hadnt worked for weeks. The parts were odered, came in quickly and they were able to fix my A/C on the same visit!! I just want to tell everyone what a great service dept. Auto Park Honda has. Jack is number one in service, Kim was great as a receptionist and Kevin, the manager is doing a great job. I plan to bring my van in for all it's needs. Thanks everyone. You made my day much better. I can now turn my ignition key without any trouble and with the 100+ degree temperatures, my A/C feels cooler than every!
