Wing gave me WINGS!!!!! 8/8/2011

With the help of Mr. Micheal Wing and subsequently Autopark Chrysler Jeep I recently made one of the best decision in my life. He stuck with me through the arduous process of finding a new vehicle that catered to my needs as well as my budget. As a young professional I wasn't looking for my dream car but I must say, the Chrysler 200 (which I didn't know existed) gives me everything I need and more. I was always told before you can soar you must first overcome your fears of falling. I legitimately had a fear of buy a BRAND NEW car, but Micheal Wing put them to rest. Therefore....he gave me WINGS!!!! Thx, Mike. more

My experience with purchasing a car was great thanks to Mike Wing. He knew exactly what I wanted and made sure that I stayed in the payment that I needed to. It took no time to get in and out with a new car. All my future business with go to him. Thanks again Mike Wing!! more

Mike Wing!- Autopark Chrysler Jeep 7/27/2011

As I pondered over the idea of buying a car this year and not being able to find my dream car, I made the decision not to purchase until next year. Well, the morning of 7/16/11, while eating breakfast, I decided to surf the internet just to see what I could find. WOW! the perfect car appeared on screen. I immediately called Autopark Chrysler Jeep to make an appointment to see the car. While the salesman I orginally contacted was not available upon arrival, Mike Wing stepped up to the plate! He was cordial and led me directly to the vehicle of interest. We went on a wonderful test drive. Mike was pleasant, new quite a bit about the car, and provided me with service records. \r \r He was very attentative, listened to my wants and needs and accommodated me from the beginning to the end of my visit. Because of Mike's professional demeanor, I walked out and drove away within 3 hrs in my dream car, a 2004 Lexus330. I had a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend Autopark Chrysler Jeep and salesman, Mike Wing for your Auto purchase experience! Kudos to Mike Wing! more

Most Remarkable Car Buying Experience 7/19/2011

A most remarkable Car buying experience at Cary Chrysler Jeep this past weekend. I bought a Chrysler Town and Country on Saturday with the very able help of salesman Larry Tomos and Financial expert Brandan Ridney. After selecting the vehicle and with no nonsense pricing the deal was closed in a few hours and I was on my way with my new car. \r The next day I discovered that a very important feature that Larry and I thought were on the car was not there. I called Larry Tomos on his cell and he insisted that I meet him at the dealership even though it was his day off. He showed up in obvious physical discomfort ,he and his wife were attacked by hornets, but he was committed to solving my problem. He looked the car and very calmly said that he would find a car for me. He asked that I return on Monday and when I showed up he and everyone in the dealership was committed to ensuring I got the car I wanted. An hour later I was a satisfied customer. \r I cannot say enough about how Larry Tomos took care of me from start to finish even while suffering physical injury. It reflects on the dealership also because they obviously encourage and hopefully reward this type of behavior. I am telling everyone that I know that is looking for a Chrysler or Jeep to start here with Larry Tomos. You will not be disappointed\r more

Highly recommend Autopark Chrysler Jeep 7/10/2011

I purchased a 2011 Chrysler 200 July 4th and couldn't be more pleased with the great customer service from Jim Liken, the Sales Rep, Mike Garner, Manager (Sorry, Mike if I didn't get your last name correct), Daniel Edwards, Internet Sales Rep,and Brandon Ridney, in Finance. Each of these gentlemen were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable in every aspect of my experience. Jim was on the spot with having a car ready to test drive and made sure I selected the car that was right for me. Absolutely no pressure on the sale. Mike and Daniel were so helpful guiding me through all the technology on the car. A extra thanks to Daniel for recommending I go to Verizon to upgrade my phone. My old phone would not pair with the Bluetooth in the car. That feature alone made my kids very happy so I don't have to hold the phone to talk and drive. Brandon made sure I was taken care on the financing end with his quick preparation of the paperwork. He also saved me an additional $1200 on the financing when he compared the 0% financing to a lower rate. I'm telling you with every bit of honesty the service was above and beyond. I've never written a review of any product in my life, but I would be remiss if I didn't sing this compay's praises. I hope their service department is as amazing as their sales force. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone looking to buy a new Chrysler.\r more

Bruce Miles! 6/25/2011

Today I purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler from Autopark Chrysler Jeep. I was extremely lucky to have Mr. Bruce Miles as my salesmen. Mr. Miles provided extremely great service and made me feel right at home. I could not be happier with my new Jeep or with the service Mr. Miles provided. I would highly recommend Bruce Miles to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. more

New Town & Country 6/14/2011

I must say that I was beginning to get that feeling of dread as we approached the end of my wife's lease on her Honda Odyssey. I absolutely hate shopping for new cars. \r \r Well, I did my homework and for the money, the Town & Country was the best value out there. Now comes the part I hate, the negotiating, the games, the hours in the showroom as the sales person goes back and forth trying to get approval for a ""better deal"" from their manager. \r \r To my surprise, I had a very different experience. My sales representative was Mike Rich. He was an absolute gentleman. We did almost all of our interaction via the internet. He was quick to respond, provided honest, informative feedback / advice and delivered the vehicle we chose below the anticipated price and wait.... I only spent 35 minutes at the dealership turning in my Odyssey and signing lease paper work. In all honesty, I am not sure how Mike could have provided a better experience. more

Best Sales Experience all the time 5/30/2011

Buying a car is not always easy and sometimes can take a very long time. I have 4 cars and they have been purchased from Autopark Chrysler Jeep, Silvana my sells person for all the cars has always been so helpful and patient with us. She goes above and beyond our expectations and needs and gives the company a very good view and outstanding service. I never hesitate when telling my friends and family to go to Autipark and even better deal Silvana....because I'm sure she will treat anyone the way the treats us. Excellent service and even after purchase, she always manages to check on us and see how everything is working out for us. more

Back off!! 5/29/2011

So we just started our car search, and made this very clear to the our sales person. He asked for our phone number and we didn't give it to him, despite his insistence, and told him we would rather be contacted by email, which we proceeded with. HE STILL MANAGED TO CALL US. We didnt give him the number and made it clear we didnt want to be called. Calls every few days. We assume he was able to get our number through some Leith Auto database as we have been to/given info to other dealers. This was beyond creepy and completely turned us off from ever going to this dealer again. We also were going to drive through the used part of the lot just to see if anything new was in, but we didnt because another salesman was hawking the lot, walking towards the direction we were moving, snaking between the cars, but we quickly and awkwardly turned down another direction, and watched him look confused to as what we were doing. If I wanted to talk to a salesman I'd COME IN, back off, I don't need curbside service. more

Challenging Service Job 5/10/2011

After a few attempts at fixing an internal, electrical problem, this service group was forced to call corporate for advise. After I spent about $400 on a ""tree"" recommendation of three or four possibilities, Terry (and Jeremy and Joe) decided to give me a loaner and take this challenging repair on themselves! They actually covered the remainder of charges until it was fixed and literally perfect! I don't suggest that these guys will pick up the tab for your repairs, but they do what's right, and they are honest! I am a loyal Jeep customer and it appears to be paying off here at the Cary service center! Thanks guys, Darren! more

BEST SALES EXPERIENCE EVER 8/6/2010

I bought a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I was in and out quickly-I hate spending forever in a dealership-the sales team all the way around was great! more

Disappointed they did not stand behind service 11/19/2009

After working with Westgate Chrysler and getting no resolution to a repeated service issue, I contacted Chrysler directly who suggested I switch to Leith. I brought my car in to fix an ongoing problem with the tire pressure sensors. They were initially very confident and assured me my bad experience with Westgate would not be repeated. This, however, was before I had to bring the car back about six times for the same problem after which they too gave up as being unable to fix the problem. Furthermore, I was told very directly by the service manager, they would not 'invest' any more time in my car (as they seemed to indicate they thought it was a lemon). It was equally unfortunate that the service manager himself would not tell me directly but had one of his staff call. Pros: Were polite in their refusal Cons: Sad they did not believe in their own product more

I concur with You Guys ! 8/9/2009

A few years back, I bought a 2005 Jeep Wrangler from Leith in Cary. After negotiating a price with the Salesman and signed of on by the Sales Manager... I'm sat down with the ""Finance Manager' who after several minutes tells me that there was an ""error"" on the part of the Sales staff and that they cannot sell me the Jeep for the agreed price!...... 6-1/2 hours later, I leave with the Jeep (for the original price), and a new hatred for the Leith Org. Went through the same grief as leego when I made the mistake of taking the Jeep there for service. I don't know if you folks remember back to the days when Leith had these big Sales at the State Fairgrounds....and they were busted for rolling back odometers and a slew of other things.... well, things haven't changed....they have just polished the act. Pros: Absolutely None Cons: Just Stay Away more

Like bait and switch? 8/7/2009

What made it special?\r Oh , I can hardly begin ....\r I was offered a deal in writing and then when I went in to get it the price jumped up by $3500 - no joke.\r The sales manager guy said the sales lady was all wrong about the price she had been offering me for over a week.\r \r The classic bait and switch and make the little sales girl look like a fool for offering the deal she did.\r \r Pros: it's fun while it lasts Cons: that'll cost you a good bit more than what we actually promi more

DING DING WARNING...nothing is ever, ever pure when it comes to dealerships. against my gut feeling, i went anyway. so i got there and lo and behold, they already have something ELSE planned for me. $500 maintenance package bec of my mileage etc etc. NO, just do my oil change. OK BUT beware blah blah blah. NO just do my oil change. okay, i go back to the waiting area thinking, now what will they come up with next? DING i'm called back to the counter, what is it now??? uhm, your gasket is leaking and your transmission is leaking, another $300 ...UH, THERE WAS NOT ANYTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR when i drove up here! i just needed an oil change. well, there are leaks now. blah blah. Worst Service Department Ever 3/30/2009

Service department does not have current information regarding repairs. They also held my Jeep for one week without repair. When I called to check status they said they had ordered parts but they were all current on the vehicle. They stated that the vehicle leaked from all angles and that was a normal condition. It took one week for them to read a part number off the door and check with the computer. One week. The parts were also not current and not matching from one side to the other on the vehicle. They either don't know how to read a part number, they lied, or they don't know what they are doing. AVOID THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT LIKE THE PLAGUE Apparently they think it is normal for a Jeep to flood every time it rains. Every time. Jeep has less than 6 thousand miles. Search youtube for JK JEEP WRANGLER LEAKS to see a video I made during a mild rain. Cons: Incompetent, Arrogant, Unknowledgable more

Service stinks! Got the run around on several things . . 6/24/2008

I agree with the other reviews. I have had a terrible time with the service department. I bought a used car from leith, along with a dealership warranty. I asked before I bought the warranty if they could work on my car there and they replied yes. Within the first week of having my new car, I encountered a problem with the coolant reserve. I called the dealership and told them what was up, and the service department said they couldn't work on my car there! Why in the world did I buy a warranty there if they couldn't honor it in the first place! I have now found out my car was in a wreck before I purchased it. I checked the carfax before buying the vehicle and found no record of a wreck. I also asked the salesman before buying the vehicle if it had been in an accident. He assured me, that it had not been in a wreck. I have since spoken to Leith and they have admitted that it was in a wreck before I purchased the car!! This is terrible customer service! I feel like I got the run around with the warranty and their honesty! I will never, ever buy from Leith again. Pros: free popcorn in the lobby, the best thing about the whole place Cons: I think you know the answer to that by now more

The service department is horrible 5/13/2008

I bought my jeep a couple of years ago from this dealership and have always taken it there for service. Yesterday my husband took my jeep in for an oil change and ""27"" point inspection. They tried to pitch him everything from we need new tires to flushing out the transmission. Later that day we were driving and we noticed a whinning sound every time we accelerated or turned the wheel. When we got home we checked the power steering fluid and it was so low it didn't register on the dip-stick! So I took it to the service department and asked what exactly a ""27"" point inspection included...and yes it does include checking and topping off all fluids. They apologized and 45 minutes later I had my jeep back after their ""oversite"". My husband checked the rest of the fluids when I got home...you guessed it they were also not topped off. We will NEVER got back! Pros: uh.... Cons: horrible service, do not trust them to perform the work they say they will do! more

Horrible Service Department 3/17/2008

I have ALWAYS been a Jeep lover and bought my 3rd new Jeep in 2005. After a few years, I really haven't had any problems but a few warranty issues. I took my car into the Leith Chrysler Jeep service department in Cary on Thursday and picked it up on Friday. By Saturday morning, the entire electrical system in my car had gone out and my car was unsafe to drive. Then they told me that it was going to be a week before they could get to it and that it was my responsibility to find my own transportation. We FINALLY negotiated that they would give me a loaner vehicle, but they told me that they never want me to come back to their dealership. I am extremely upset because we were looking at buying my 4th Jeep and now there is no way that I would ever buy a Jeep and deal with this service dept. Beware! more

Great Experience 7/4/2006

I walked on this lot and talked to their salesman. I told him what I was interested in, what I had to trade in, and what I wanted to spend. He took the time to show me several vehicles that met my criteria and we agreed to a price and the value of my trade-in. Shortly later, I was driving off in my new vehicle.\r \r If you are looking for a Jeep, Chrysler, or some type of used vehicle, go see Jay Burnell - you won't be sorry!! Pros: Very Helpful and they show you they want your business more
