I have ALWAYS been a Jeep lover and bought my 3rd new Jeep in 2005. After a few years, I really haven't had any problems but a few warranty issues. I took my car into the Leith Chrysler Jeep service department in Cary on Thursday and picked it up on Friday. By Saturday morning, the entire electrical system in my car had gone out and my car was unsafe to drive. Then they told me that it was going to be a week before they could get to it and that it was my responsibility to find my own transportation. We FINALLY negotiated that they would give me a loaner vehicle, but they told me that they never want me to come back to their dealership. I am extremely upset because we were looking at buying my 4th Jeep and now there is no way that I would ever buy a Jeep and deal with this service dept. Beware!
