I purchased a 2011 Chrysler 200 July 4th and couldn't be more pleased with the great customer service from Jim Liken, the Sales Rep, Mike Garner, Manager (Sorry, Mike if I didn't get your last name correct), Daniel Edwards, Internet Sales Rep,and Brandon Ridney, in Finance. Each of these gentlemen were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable in every aspect of my experience. Jim was on the spot with having a car ready to test drive and made sure I selected the car that was right for me. Absolutely no pressure on the sale. Mike and Daniel were so helpful guiding me through all the technology on the car. A extra thanks to Daniel for recommending I go to Verizon to upgrade my phone. My old phone would not pair with the Bluetooth in the car. That feature alone made my kids very happy so I don't have to hold the phone to talk and drive. Brandon made sure I was taken care on the financing end with his quick preparation of the paperwork. He also saved me an additional $1200 on the financing when he compared the 0% financing to a lower rate. I'm telling you with every bit of honesty the service was above and beyond. I've never written a review of any product in my life, but I would be remiss if I didn't sing this compay's praises. I hope their service department is as amazing as their sales force. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone looking to buy a new Chrysler.\r
