After working with Westgate Chrysler and getting no resolution to a repeated service issue, I contacted Chrysler directly who suggested I switch to Leith. I brought my car in to fix an ongoing problem with the tire pressure sensors. They were initially very confident and assured me my bad experience with Westgate would not be repeated. This, however, was before I had to bring the car back about six times for the same problem after which they too gave up as being unable to fix the problem. Furthermore, I was told very directly by the service manager, they would not 'invest' any more time in my car (as they seemed to indicate they thought it was a lemon). It was equally unfortunate that the service manager himself would not tell me directly but had one of his staff call. Pros: Were polite in their refusal Cons: Sad they did not believe in their own product more
