I bought my jeep a couple of years ago from this dealership and have always taken it there for service. Yesterday my husband took my jeep in for an oil change and ""27"" point inspection. They tried to pitch him everything from we need new tires to flushing out the transmission. Later that day we were driving and we noticed a whinning sound every time we accelerated or turned the wheel. When we got home we checked the power steering fluid and it was so low it didn't register on the dip-stick! So I took it to the service department and asked what exactly a ""27"" point inspection included...and yes it does include checking and topping off all fluids. They apologized and 45 minutes later I had my jeep back after their ""oversite"". My husband checked the rest of the fluids when I got home...you guessed it they were also not topped off. We will NEVER got back!
Pros: uh....
Cons: horrible service, do not trust them to perform the work they say they will do!
