Service department does not have current information regarding repairs. They also held my Jeep for one week without repair. When I called to check status they said they had ordered parts but they were all current on the vehicle. They stated that the vehicle leaked from all angles and that was a normal condition.
It took one week for them to read a part number off the door and check with the computer. One week. The parts were also not current and not matching from one side to the other on the vehicle. They either don't know how to read a part number, they lied, or they don't know what they are doing.
AVOID THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT LIKE THE PLAGUE
Apparently they think it is normal for a Jeep to flood every time it rains. Every time. Jeep has less than 6 thousand miles. Search youtube for JK JEEP WRANGLER LEAKS to see a video I made during a mild rain.
