I must say that I was beginning to get that feeling of dread as we approached the end of my wife's lease on her Honda Odyssey. I absolutely hate shopping for new cars. \r

Well, I did my homework and for the money, the Town & Country was the best value out there. Now comes the part I hate, the negotiating, the games, the hours in the showroom as the sales person goes back and forth trying to get approval for a ""better deal"" from their manager. \r

To my surprise, I had a very different experience. My sales representative was Mike Rich. He was an absolute gentleman. We did almost all of our interaction via the internet. He was quick to respond, provided honest, informative feedback / advice and delivered the vehicle we chose below the anticipated price and wait.... I only spent 35 minutes at the dealership turning in my Odyssey and signing lease paper work. In all honesty, I am not sure how Mike could have provided a better experience.
