I have been a customer of AlexBell for at least 10-12 years, to treat my 2 dogs and 4 cats. I have never encountered any rude office staff as long as I've been going there. There has been a turn-over, but that is to be expected for that type of position. There was once a questionable Vet (NOT Dr. Diehl) whom I didn't feel comfortable with her diagnoses for my dog, but when I told the office staff about it, they quickly referred me to another vet on staff, Dr. Ellis. I found this Vet to be extremely compassionate and loving toward my animals. She also understands the stress of an "animal parent". I can't say enough good things about her. As far as Dr. Diehl goes, the only experience I've had with him directly, is that while I was at an animal hospital in Columbus, ready to give my dog to them for surgery, I called AlexBell for advice.
