I was very satisfied with the Plumbing Technician that came out to our house (I think his name was "Dan"). He was very courteous and very thorough. We have been having problems with water getting into our basement. Dan used the camera and inspected all of the drain pipes and he found several problems. It's going to take a while to correct everything so I'm writing this review without knowing the final outcome. But up to now, we are happy customers. more

Excellent and polite service! Wyattworks fixed my father's 50+ year old home a few years ago and that's why I called to talk through potential problem at another home. Luke gave me various options that included a small fee "let's take a look" approach. Upon investigating, decided this was likely a one time small incident due to a very unusual rain storm. I appreciated the honest opinion. more

I was impressed by the degree of communication re:where the serviceman was timewise before his arrival. Most businesses give you a window and then you wait and wait, wondering if they are really going to show up. Hate that! Appearance of service worker was top-of-the-line.
