I was very satisfied with the Plumbing Technician that came out to our house (I think his name was "Dan"). He was very courteous and very thorough. We have been having problems with water getting into our basement. Dan used the camera and inspected all of the drain pipes and he found several problems. It's going to take a while to correct everything so I'm writing this review without knowing the final outcome. But up to now, we are happy customers.
