My experience is one of the best that I've had with any service! From my initial call right through to the end of the project, each member of the team really put themselves out there to make sure that I was heard, and assured me that my issues could be fixed. Special thanks to Emily, Ruth, and Josh W., who made sure that everything worked out. I am so pleased with the outcome, and came home to a quiet, clean home... with HOT water (and a handy temperature gauge, an added benefit!)! Thanks! No wonder the company is called WyattWorks.... it does! more

We have just moved into an older home (90+ years). I trusted Wyatt Works because a good friend recommended their services. I cannot say enough good things - the plumber replaced an antique toilet that had been sadly removed by an unskilled worker. He carefully worked on old pipes and solved a complicated problem. My advice: pay extra and get the job done properly. You will not regret it. I had multiple jobs quoted and after 2 jobs completed, I will probably follow through all of them. The plumber was patient and explained my different options, was honest about potential problems and did an amazing job. Highly recommended . I just hope they don't get too busy and popular to come back!!!!! more

Great, Timely, Fair Pricing 4/8/2017

I had a great experience with Wyatt Works and will use them again. Jamal was great; he showed up on time, explained repair options and costs thoroughly and was pleasant. I've since talked to a few friends who know more about home repairs than I do, and they confirmed I got a fair price. I also liked how he took the extra courtesies of letting me know when they were turning the water off and on, wearing shoe covers and leaving my bathroom spotless. I will continue to use Wyatt Works and recommend them to friends. I'd also like to add that while making the appointment, the office staff was extremely pleasant, professional and accommodating. Disposal Replacement 4/1/2017

Not our first experience with this company. They are responsive, professional, and friendly. We called to get a new garbage disposal installed in our kitchen. Ben arrived on time and went through all of the options for replacement. He was mindful of our budget and did not pressure spending more money. He was done with the entire job in less than two hours. We will continue to call Wyatt Works when we need a plumber. more

Jamal was prompt, provided a diagnosis and cost estimate prior to performing any work. He was able to locate the drain blockage and clear it. I comment his persistence as the drain was difficult in this old house. Thank you Jamal! You guys rock!! more

I would definitely recommend WyattWorks to anyone. We had a backed-up sewer drain with no outside clean-out pipe. They had to run the jetter from inside the house, the basement. Ben absolutely knew what he was doing and made zero mess in the basement! He cleared the pipe of tree roots and got things flowing again. They were very considerate when making the appointment, even to the point of giving me the name of two other plumbers I could call if I needed someone before the day they could get to my house (only a two day wait for Ben and his specially-outfitted truck). They sent me a picture of Ben via email when he ws on his way, plus they called me to tell me. WyattWorks is just so very customer-focused, unlike any plumbing company we've used before. more
