Saturday the water well stopped working... 6/11/2017

Received a call that our water was out and it turned out to be something with our well and a broken pipe. Called, talked to the customer person, and Jamal came within a couple hours and fixed it easily. One call and it was handled within a couple hours. more

Fantastic experience...again 6/8/2017

Third time I've used WyattWorks Plumbing and another and another fantastic experience. When I called to request service the receptionist was extraordinary. I barely got my address out and she told me the names of the service men who had been to my home previously. On the day scheduled I was called 3 times with updates as to when they would be arriving. Chad arrived as expected, reviewed the issues, wrote an estimate, and then resolved the issue. He also did a fantastic job cleaning up. He left it cleaner than it was when he arrived! The coupon also came in handy! Thanks Chad. more

Quick and Easy 5/22/2017

Josh and his team quickly diagnosed the problem and then scheduled a time to come back for the extensive repair of corroded pipe inside the wall. The left the worksite clean and neat. more

Ben successfully solved a blockage problem that had eluded a previous plumber. I was very impressed by his good sense and persistence. 5/18/2017

In the end, it was necessary to locate a small, well hidden panel in a part of the basement that we rarely use. Then it was necessary to use 45 of the 50 feet Ben had available to snake the pipe behind the panel. Until that moment, it was looking as though I would have to do an expensive remake of our kitchen floor and pipes. more

Wyatt Works stands behind their warranty 5/18/2017

We apparently had a defective outdoor faucet (one of four total) installed last fall (2016). In the spring, this one faucet didn't work (no water flow). Luke Wyatt came out with his assistant in a timely manner and they replaced the stem assembly and plug as well as tightening up the packing on a second faucet. No charge for this work as it was under their warranty. When I tried to use the repaired faucet for the first time this spring, same problem, no flow. Luke came out immediately and this time he and his assistant completely replaced the faucet as it appeared to have a factory defect that was seizing up the plug. Again, all work was done under warranty, and Luke apologized for having to come out twice. Both my wife and I appreciated the response and the positive attitude on a warranty repair by both individuals who came out to the house as well as Emily Wyatt who took the order from the office and kept us posted on their arrival times. more

I appreciate the yearly reminder to have the water filter changed 5/9/2017

It was great to be reminded about the water filter for the refrigerator and the insta-hot. I also appreciated the guys noticing the sump pump was not running properly given all the rain we have had. They were great to show me everything they were doing, and again when they were finished. They were Great! AND they were on time! more

April repairs from Wyatt 5/3/2017

I did already post a review on Facebook but was very please with Dave from Wyatt. I had many things to review and he gave me honest opinions of each area and even future work I would like . He understood my priorities in what I needed repaired. I was thoroughly explained the difference in the work in my 3 end cost estimates . I asked questions and answered every one . One thing I appreciated as a female home owner that really does not do much plumbing he treated me as an equal . I have been talked down to as a female in prior companies. Dave was polite and respectful as I was still trying t work at home . Office team was excellent at explaining the process and provided what they said . Upbeat customer service and the feeling they want you to be a customer is great . Good job . thank you more

Sump pump issues. 4/24/2017

We were having problems with our water back up sump pump. It was important to us for our plumber to know about this particular type of back up pump. Jamal our technician was excellent! He explained the issues and solved the problem. He gave up front pricing and was very helpful. He completed the job and kept our home clean and neat during the process. I would recommend this company to family and friends. more

Josh Wyatt did a superb job of fixing my plumbing. He explained the work that needed to be done. He quoted a price. He promised to complete the job by the end of the day.
