I would highly recommend WyattWorks! Customer service rep Emily is outstanding-I do not think I have ever had such amazing phone service. Benjamin was on time and very courteous. He explained the various options to me over the phone and got the job done. I appreciate their system of "fee per job, not be the hour." more

Outstanding service 2/21/2017

I had a gas leak problem and I was told by the Dominion East Ohio technician who inspected my furnace that a plumber could/should be able to handle the repair of the leaky valves she identified. I don't have a regular plumber and was really nervous about the prospect of cold-calling for repair work, but I remembered someone at Cleveland Heights' Home Repair Resource Center talking about working with WyattWorks Plumbing. I called their Lyndhurst office and from the moment I heard the kind and cheerful voice of Emily I felt reassured. She walked me through how the company does business, wrote up the order and kept me informed of how long it would take for someone to arrive that same day. I was sent a description of the specialist, Jamal, and he walked me through what he was going to do, how much it would cost and how long it would take. He was ALSO kind and cheerful, and very efficient. From the first contact all the way to the online follow-up WyattWorks has been beyond professional. It feels like they go out of their way to find staff who have excellent people skills. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing/heating projects!!! more

Excellent Company! 2/16/2017

Everything about this company is top-notch! They are available 24/7, and if you call during non-traditional office hours, a service technician will get back to you quickly. I called on a Sunday to ask about a non-emergency problem I was having with my kitchen sink, and Benjamin W. responded to my call within 10 minutes. He was so kind, and spent 1/2 hour on the phone with me thoroughly discussing my situation and possible options. I later spoke with Emily, their administrative superstar, to set up an appointment that week, and she was enthusiastic, friendly, and very personable. Benjamin came to fix my problem, and explained all my options with no high pressure on selling anything at all. He was SO NICE and absolutely fabulous! They are honest and do a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful company. more

We had sewage in our basement. When we called WyattWorks the receptionist was helpful and assured us that someone would be out shortly to assist and fix any issues. Ben and Blake were outstanding. They assessed the situation and helped us evaluated what needed to be done. They advised us to call our insurance and also recommended PureOClean for clean up after correcting the problems. We would highly recommend WyattWorks! Truly outstanding service from the time we called until the technicians were finished. more

Jamal installed our backflow valve in 2016. This morning we had water in out basement and he was able to discern that is was due to the fact that water could not leave the house secondary to a back-up in the Shaker storm water system, on a rainy day. He was able to explain things in a way I could understand, which I appreciated. He is a stellar employee. more

Friendly, neat and quick service. 2/6/2017

Great work. I had a faltering sump pump. The technician researched the old pump to determine it's age to help me decided whether it should be fixed or replaced. He was able to quickly replace it with a new pump he had in his truck. more

Excellent Service, Totally professional... this is a great company! 2/6/2017

Called in the morning because our Well pump went out and we had no water.... Crew was there later that afternoon and got us up and running. I'm a business owner myself, and this is exactly what I'd expect from a professional service company. Josh Wyatt came out and did a great job and was very thorough; making sure to ask if I was happy with what he did along the way. Totally recommended, top notch! more

Very Satisfied with the work they did 1/30/2017

Had an emergency plumbing problem that needed immediate resolve so we could have running water in our home and WaterWorks completed the job in two days. They were very professional and courteous. more

Quicken reliable service! Called Wyattworks for a friend of mine, they had a very troublesome week on a Copperline Wyattworks came out and took care of it very quickly!
