I posted my review on BBB 11/12/2017

Wyatt Works and Kevin came out on a Sunday night and stopped a flood of water spewing from burst irrigation pipes on the back side of my house. I had been out of town, and came home on a Sunday evening to hear water running like crazy. more

Outstanding! 11/6/2017

Not only did they resolve my problems, but they found some serious issues. They were able to fix them that day. Although we had some water spew into the ceiling, they gave me the phone number of someone who will fix the issue. Luke, Damon, Chad and David were very helpful. They explained things to me. Very personable, friendly and I highly recommend this company!! more

Leaky pipe repair after hours 11/6/2017

I got home from work one day and noticed a leak in my basement. There happened to be a WyattWorks van on my street so I contacted them and sent their man Chad to evaluate my leak. Chad was friendly and knowledgeable and figured out what was quickly. He repaired my issue on the spot and talked to my home warranty company! I was very pleased with the service WyattWorks provided. more

Had some outside plumbing replaced and a facuet assembly replace 11/2/2017

Jamal and David were professional, on time and courteous. Talked me through my options, gave me pricing and we went on with the work. They were clean about the work and quick. Easy to communicate with and helped me trouble shoot some issues. Would recommend them to anyone. They will be back to do more work for me. more

Excellent service 10/25/2017

I had a plumbing issue that surfaced after hours. I called several companies to try and get someone to come out, including Wyatt works. The price was more than I wanted to pay. My plan was to get someone out in the morning, after taking my son to school. As I was pulling in my driveway I received a call from Wyatt works asking did I still need service. I was impressed because none of the 6 or 7 other companies followed up. I replied yes and someone was out in a couple of hours. The gentleman (Ben) I believe his name is, was polite, professional and provided multiple options. In this problem I have found a company I will use and recommend going forward. Great Job!!! more

The technician that came to my house was very knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to show me each step of the way what the problems were and how to fix them, giving me temporary and permanent solutions. A very stressful plumbing issue in a one bathroom house was a relatively pleasant experience due to the fantastic service I received!! more

would like a texting option instead of receiving 4 calls on the day of service--I work and the 4 calls, while nice enough, are very disruptive. service price to install the dishwasher was higher than the cost of the dishwasher. more

extremely satisfied 10/13/2017

Quinn, the plumber, was very experienced. We have a very old house and I'm always nervous having people poking around and making things worse- which has happened in the past. He had to go thru a ceiling but he really kept mess to a minimum and found and fixed our leak . And he found and fixed some other things along the way - letting me know what it would cost. I find it easy to deal with Wyatt works - from scheduling to getting an estimate beforehand. Also dependable. more

Wyatt technicians take time to figure out exactly what your plumbing problem is, and find the best way to solve it, taking the customer’s wishes into account. Quinn worked extremely hard to replace our old drain pipe, leak fixed! Luke came to our house earlier this week and spent a lot of time listening to our concerns and explaining our options. Thank you both! more

Initial contact and follow is great but too pricey to use again or recommend to others 10/11/2017

I enjoy there use of technology and those who create the appointment and do the follow up. Have no complaints about the mannerisms of the tech person or anyone there. My complaints is with the cost, so much that I will never use there service again or recommend them to anyone else. more

Extremely over priced charges 10/2/2017

I enjoy the courtesy and effort the business placed in answering the phone, and scheduling you with the plumber. The follow up and making sure that you know when the technician will arrive could not be better. They utilize technology to introduce the service tech, as well as billing invoice and feedback. But a customer worst nightmare is to be overcharge for the service received. The service tech spoke clearly and with confidence until I ask him what the cost will be. When he gave me the cost I was very taken back. If it wasn't for the fact I was doing this for my 81 year old mother, I would have told him to leave. It would have cost me $70 dollars to deny the service after he showed up but that was small to the almost $700 quote I was given to change the tub faucet set I had purchased at Home Depot. I felt trapped because I want to get this over and done with for my mom. So beware of the pitch we don't charge by the hour but by the job. It took less than two hour to finish which amount to over $300 per hour. more

Excellent service 9/22/2017

It was great working with you guys. To begin the story, I was looking for someone who can get a gas exrension line in our new home and install the cooking range, the same day or early next day. I called WYATTWORKS and they made it happen. coming to the technician, Jamal - he was incredible. Very professional and got the job done very quicly. I would give him a 5 star and recommend Wyatt works for sure. Thanks again! more

Rebecca was very proactive in keeping me apprised of the scheduling for a visit. Joshua arrived promptly and quickly fixed the problem with the toilet. While here, he went over and above to check all toilets, faucets, etc. and make some minor but important and needed repairs as well. A great experience in every way. more
