Rebecca was very proactive in keeping me apprised of the scheduling for a visit. Joshua arrived promptly and quickly fixed the problem with the toilet. While here, he went over and above to check all toilets, faucets, etc. and make some minor but important and needed repairs as well. A great experience in every way.
