No body wants to deal with a busted pipe, especially when the temps are below zero. The two technicians were extremely Informative (they explained everything that was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the problem), Professional (each and every time they had to come into the house they covered their shoes, and they never once complained about the temperature), Neat (they cleaned up behind themselves).
The fact that I was told who was coming to my house was a major plus in my book.
