The company had great customer service. They maintained contact every time they said they would and made sure they serviced us on the date promised even though it was after normal scheduling. They were very nice to deal with, and went above and beyond any customer service I've dealt with recently. The tech, Luke, was very pleasant also, and honest, knowledgeable, and professional. He presented us with 4 different services at varying levels that would correct our issue, and did not start work until we understood them all and selected one. He completed the repair efficiently also. It is so great to have found a plumbing company that treats their customers well from first call through service. They were not my first call, but they earned our business with their quality and service.
