Brian arrived at my house expecting a simple HVAC yearly Maintenance. Instead, in addition to the HVAC Maintenance, I asked him if he would be able to address/fix items that arose during a home inspection. Brian addressed every plumbing/HVAC question/issue I had. Brian was extremely professional & knowledgeable & he had the supplies on hand to fix/address concerns/issues. He also stayed overtime to make sure all my concerns were addressed!! I would recommend Weltman Home Services & particularly Brian L! Thank you, Brian! more

Excellent service from Hector! 10/18/2016

Every year, we have our heating system checked before winter sets in, as part of our service plan with Weltman. This year, Hector came to do the check-up. This guy is thorough! Before he got started, he asked questions about the system, and also if there was anything happening that we wanted him to check first. After carefully examining the systems (which took a couple of hours), he met with us to review his findings. We have old furnaces, so none of his findings were news to us. He gave us valuable advice on taking care of them going forward, and also left us with pages of notes on what he checked, and what he found. My husband and I were left with the belief that if we have an issue sometime during the winter (these are old systems, it's bound to happen), Hector will know exactly what to do. more

Heating and AC 10/14/2016

Herb was polite, on time and identified a problem not expected during his annual heating system review. This was clearly wasting a lot of energy to no purpose and it was unclear how long this had been ongoing. Knowledgeable professionals make all the difference in good results. more

I JUST PURCHASED A A/C UNIT FROM WELTMAN. THE SALESMAN CHRIS MIRANDA, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HAD RECEIVED A PRIOR PROPOSAL THAT WAS CHEAPER AND FOR A TRANE UNIT. THE TIPPING POINT WAS CHRIS AND THE WARRANTY THAT WELTMAN OFFERED. more

Great Service from Diego 9/9/2016

Diego calmly waited for me to get through my sticker shock of repairing my A/C. He patiently walked me through my options and once I decided to go ahead with the repair, he did a great job. He went the extra mile to make sure that everything was satisfactory and I was happy with the outcome. Thanks Diego, for the wonderful job you did. more

What doesn't Karl do well ... he arrives at the house within 30 seconds of the appointed time, with laser focus he diagnoses the problem, then proceeds to remediate the matter before I can say Weltman. Case closed in a snap, and now I am able to get on with the rest of my day with piece of mind. more

Water Heater Repair 8/29/2016

Need to acknowledge the exceptional late evening response time from Weltman and Kevin S. in particular when my hot water heater broke down and leaked in my basement. Kevin was there fairly quickly. He assessed the problem and we agreed to a next day installation. He was prompt, very thorough, informative and got me up and running again within 18 hours. more

Brian was timely in arriving and came with a positive, friendly attitude. He clearly spelled out Weltman's approach to their services so I would have no surprises at the end of the appointment. Once he dove into the work at hand, he was kept me informed of what he was finding, proposed a variety of options for solving my HVAC issues and helped me set up next steps. Brian even went as far as to provide some services (including fixing my hoses!) at no cost as a kind courtesy. 5 stars for this experience! more

Arrived on time and provided comprehensive diagnostic and repair of my air conditioning units. Although under service contract before the issue turned out more complex than expected. Although repairs were quite expensive he was trying to save you money. Now both units are working fine and better than before. Signed up for a Weltman service contract. more

Attic Fan Service 6/21/2016
