Need to acknowledge the exceptional late evening response time from Weltman and Kevin S. in particular when my hot water heater broke down and leaked in my basement. Kevin was there fairly quickly. He assessed the problem and we agreed to a next day installation. He was prompt, very thorough, informative and got me up and running again within 18 hours.
