What doesn't Karl do well ... he arrives at the house within 30 seconds of the appointed time, with laser focus he diagnoses the problem, then proceeds to remediate the matter before I can say Weltman. Case closed in a snap, and now I am able to get on with the rest of my day with piece of mind.
