My technician was Jason and he was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He reset a leaking toilet and saved me from having to rip up my entire bathroom floor. I am very thankful for his work. more

Service with a Smile 9/26/2015

Hector F. came on time and was very pleasant. He seemed to really like what he does for a living and care about people's well-being as he did a very thorough cleaning of my boiler - even more than other techs that I had to the house from Weltman's previously. Fixing toilet 8/31/2015

While Justin was very professional and appeared to fix the problem, 2 days later the problem recurred. The toilet had been rebuilt 2 years ago, but several weeks ago we began getting terrible noises when it was flushed. And now the noises have returned. FRANK more

Justin & John 8/5/2015

Justin and John did a very professional job and I appreciated that they arrived on time and made sure everything was cleaned up and in good shape. The new temperature control was explained and it is easy to use. All in all very pleased with the installation of our new air conditioner. more

This is the first time that I make comments about a technician. Charlie was not only polite and friendly, but most importantly was very knowledgeable,and his expertise was of the highest caliber. He pointed out many things about the a/c equipment that none of the technicians did previously, and I have been a client for 17 years. I will always request him from now on. more

Karl S. was the one who noticed the problem with my electrical panel. After scheduling an appointment to replace it, Karl . was sent to do the job. He was a complete professional. Karl S. was at my home today to replace the electrical panel box. Karl was on time, very professional in doing his job. He also answered all of our question in a polite and respectful manner. Karl also cleaned up prior to departing the house. I would recommend his to who ever asked for a goo electrician. His employers' should be very pleased with his work ethic. more

Saved us a bunch of money on a water heater we didnt need 6/1/2015

I've trusted Weltman for years. They show up on time, do quality work, and back it up if something goes wrong. This time we had a new toilet installed which sadly leaked. They were back at our house only a few hours later. It turns out the toilet was defective and we received a new one, no questions asked. They also saved us a bunch of cash by not having us replace a water heater that didn't need it. Its nice to see some honest people out there. Our service guy this last time was Brent B. more

Brent was spectacular - my basement was flooded with up to 8 inches of water, and rather than wait for the water to be pumped out, Brent got on upside-down paint cans and moved around while fixing the broken pipe, all without even getting his shoelaces wet! more

Work that was completed 4/17/2015

Rich was very professional. and his work was outstanding. Now I am retired and give you $27 + a month. I know things are expensive. And when I need your help your people are ready. I have a diamond contract. Maybe just maybe once Weltman can give Seniors a bigger discount then normal. now I feel better......just to let you know your team i think is GREAT John more

Major job, minor inconvenience 4/17/2015

Justin and his Weltman team of the two Brents were efficient and particularly neat as they installed a new hot water tank and air handler in my home. While having to negotiate tight corners and spaces, they left nary a scuff mark or scratch on any wall and fully covered the carpet with drop cloths. Justin took plenty of time to explain the new equipment and answer any questions I had and was courteous and professional throughout. If the new additions work the way they should, then this was a very good experience with Weltman. I believe this was the biggest job I had them do since switching to them some years back. more

Quick and Pleasant Service 2/2/2015

I found Weltman Home Services through Home Advisor and within about ten minutes they had dispatched someone out to fix my leak. Rich H. was very professional and personable. He got the job done in less than 2 hours and my cats and I have heat again. I had a not great experience with a different plumbing company several years ago, so was very nervous - but was very happy with the service from start to finish and Rich was great! I will definitely keep the card for future needs. Thanks so much! more

Excellent service 1/27/2015

I called Weltman at 10:30 in the morning and Rich H showed up by 12:30 pm to fix my clogged drain. He was very pleasant and did the job properly with a nice attitude. He was a pleasure to have in my home. more
