Wonderful experience this morning! 2/23/2017

Jason B. reviewed the problem and stated honestly that no repair was necessary. He reviewed another situation and again offered an intelligent solution which we accepted. Our order was processed in a professional and timely fashion. We would definitely recommend this service to friends and neighbors alike due to the fair pricing and courteous manner in which it was resolved. Kudos to Jason and his company. more

Very professional from the time he arrived! 2/23/2017

Greeted me warmly announcing his name and the company, he was also prepared with shoe covers. Hector was the third tech we've seen from Weltman for various service calls and the time spent on this maintenance visit was within the time frame specified. His confidence and professionalism was consistent as with the previous Techs and got better with every visit! We feel assured that we made the right decision in selecting Weltman Home Services for our new system. Hector, thanks again. more

Paid way too much money just to get a Diagnosis on two central air systems. Technician only did partial diagnosis and then left. He recommended we change parts that were not bad. He also quoted an astronomical fee to install two parts. The cost of the parts would total $50. The cost to put them in would be 20 minutes and they wanted to charge $1000. mind you that's on top of the $500 I already paid them to do the diagnosis. I will never use them again and I will never recommend them to anyone! Oh, they don't return calls either. more

Thank you for the awesome service you provided me regarding the servicing of my central air conditioner. You came promptly to discuss the options and provided a quote right away, and were able to make an appointment for the repair the very next day. Herb came to my residence at the appointed time, and I have to say I have never encountered a service professional as pleasant, courteous, honest, straightforward, patient, and knowledgeable as him. After giving him the information I was able to provide him, I believe he accurately diagnosed the problem and knew the proper repair. So far, the A/C system is performing wonderfully as it did the day of the repair, and with any luck, will continue to do so. If it lasts thru the summer with the same performance as now, I will be very happy. If it performs the same when I turn it on again for the first time next summer, I will be absolutely thrilled. And I will have the professionalism and expertise of Weltman and Herb to thank for it. more

Never dissapoints 7/20/2011

I would like to express my appreciation to David Nowicki of Weltman Home Services for a terrific job with resolving the major drain issues that were occurring at my house. As well as helping to get our instant hot water working which has not worked in years. This is not the first visit to our home by David and he never disappoints. I can also say whoever does come from the Weltman group is totally knowledgeable about all aspects of the work that has to be done. They all work very hard and neat. You never have to be concerned with cleaning up after they leave. Without hesitation I would call upon Weltman to come into my house to resolve any and all plumbing issues. more

Courteous, skilled 7/18/2011

We had a new boiler installed today and a follow-up visit from one of your technicians and I wanted to say how impressed I’ve been with everyone we’ve dealt with at Weltman. We are new to the area and to home ownership and learned during our first week here that we needed an expensive new boiler. That visit was from Kevin Smith and our boiler was installed by Herb and his team. Every individual was courteous, skilled and confidence-inspiring. Each person was respectful of our home and generous with their time. We are really very impressed. Thank you for making us feel welcome in the neighborhood and for making us feel confident in our heating service! more

How would you refer to someone who comes to your home to repair an electrical fixture? An electrician-usually, but not in all cases. Suppose he brings his own floor mat, calls you before he arrives to introduce himself and addresses you by name. Does it end there, well NO! When he realizes the light unit needs a special part, he calls the company and goes through a hundred prompts until he finds the appropriate person with whom to place an order. Who does all that for you? In my case it was Gary Nowicki of Weltman Home Services. Actually though, Gary is just one of a well-trained group of technicians who have changed the landscape of questionable contractors we have grown to endure. With this type of service, do you think I’ll ever call another company? NOT IN THIS LIFETIME!!! more
