Paid way too much money just to get a Diagnosis on two central air systems. Technician only did partial diagnosis and then left. He recommended we change parts that were not bad. He also quoted an astronomical fee to install two parts. The cost of the parts would total $50. The cost to put them in would be 20 minutes and they wanted to charge $1000. mind you that's on top of the $500 I already paid them to do the diagnosis. I will never use them again and I will never recommend them to anyone! Oh, they don't return calls either.
