Review for Rashaan Hunter 4/25/2017

Rashaan Hunter was the most professional technician of all the Weltman technicians who have worked in my home over the past approximately ten years. He worked steadily and checked all my heating and cooling elements. He patiently answered my questions and took the time to make clear, helpful answers and suggestions. He was far superior to any of the Weltman technicians with whom I have dealt over the years. more

Herb and partner arrived on time and ready for the installation of furnace and ac. They were very professional and competent. It was a full day of work but they completed and cleaned up inside and out. Wish all service people were this good. Was nice not having to clean up after a job. Well done guys!!! more

Kyle W. came on time and was professional and friendly. He explained thoroughly what he was doing and fixed our problem AND included a guarantee. Weltman may be more expensive than other plumbers, but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend Weltman plumbing and Kyle W., in particluar. more

Weltman to the rescue! 3/15/2017

Our furnace stopped working and they came promptly even though our town roads were quite messy after the storm. Anton was amazing! So polite and really explained to me why our furnace had stopped working. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and for a fair price. We were so impressed with Anton that we signed up for their maintenance plan. Thanks Weltman and Anton - you have a new loyal customer. more

Karl was prompt. friendly and completed the inspection quickly. He explained what he was checking and any issues he saw. He completrd an estimate for GFI plugs which he explained to me and my wife. We ,as always, have completely happy not only with the service but the quality of the professionals at our home. We are always recommending Weltman more

Bathroom fan/light replacement 2/28/2017

Karl saved us time, money and follow-up repair work by using the new motor and the existing casing in order to install the new fan/light replacement I purchased. He was done in no time with no mess. He also reminded me about Weltman's coupons as I had forgotten to check my file. Saved another $50 by using a coupon. Karl is knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Overall great experience. more

He explained everything that he was going to check. He performed his job in a timely manner. He answered any questions that I had and gave me several good suggestions for future things to look out for. I will definitely be calling Weltman near the summer months for my AC maintenance. more

Karl S. Electrical Work 2/24/2017

Karl S. came to my home to perform the annual preventive maintenance on my electrical system. During this time he also installed two smoke detectors and two GFCI's that were needed. He was very courteous and professional. Karl answered any and all questions I had. I have used Weltman Home Services in the past and will definitely continue to use them in the future. I have never been disappointed with their service. I highly recommend them. more

Invoice #623817 2/18/2017

Brian did a great job accessing the needs for my furnace and hot water heater. Called and had parts delivered from the warehouse, and marshalled additional staff to get the work completed within four hours, same day as original visit. Great Job. more

Hector-Great, Weltman-Not So Great 2/10/2017

Hector did a great job diagnosing my problem and even figuring out a workaround solution while he waited for my part to arrive. My family had already been without heat for two days so Hector's help was sorely needed. I have nothing but positive things to say about Hector's professionalism. On the other hand, Weltman's absolutely outrageous charge (over $1,000) for replacing a $75 part and less than 3 hours of total labor including diagnosing the problem and writing up my bill is unconscionable. On a time an materials basis, this is a $500 job at MOST. You really undermine your brand name (and in this case your family name, apparently) when you take people for rubes. more
