Hector did a great job diagnosing my problem and even figuring out a workaround solution while he waited for my part to arrive. My family had already been without heat for two days so Hector's help was sorely needed. I have nothing but positive things to say about Hector's professionalism.
On the other hand, Weltman's absolutely outrageous charge (over $1,000) for replacing a $75 part and less than 3 hours of total labor including diagnosing the problem and writing up my bill is unconscionable. On a time an materials basis, this is a $500 job at MOST.
You really undermine your brand name (and in this case your family name, apparently) when you take people for rubes.
