Heating check visit 10/12/2017

Dave was very friendly , professional and informative. He did a thorough inspection and informed me of any problems. Everything was explained and I was given the paperwork to document it all. I am clear on what needs to be done Immediately and what can wait until the future! Good job! more

Review of Kurt M. of Weltman Home Services 10/12/2017

Kurt M. of Weltman Home Services completed the annual service on our home heating system today and did a very thorough job. He also programmed our thermostats so that we change the temperature settings using our cell phones, showed us how to replace the humidifier pad and provided information on the humidifier pad to purchase for our particular humidifier. We were very pleased with Kurt M. and have had excellent service from Weltman Home Services over many years. more

A/C wasn't working properly; fast testing and diagnosis of the problem; quick replacement of one failed part and one about to fail. Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly personality, highly trained and competent; explains systems in very clear, precise, easily understood language to lay person. He's an excellent representative for the company, and I recommend him highly to anyone in need of HVAC assistance or service. more

Dependability and patience! 10/6/2017

called Weltman because of a leak under the kitchen sink, and Kyle came first thing the next morning. Turned out to be a manufacturing flaw in my very expensive, hands-free, kitchen faucet. I called the manufacturer while he waited (just in case they asked me technical questions, he would be able to answer). Happily, the faucet is under warranty, so I'm getting a replacement for free. A soon as it arrives, Kyle assured me he'd be back to install it. All plumbing issues should resolve so smoothly. more

During our service appointment Jeff demonstrated his expertise while performing the routine check points - and also went above and beyond by recommending several additional items that I was unaware of with regard to the maintenance and enhancement of our home systems. Excellent Service 9/14/2017

Jason B. is a highly qualified technician. He came to repair the main water line valve, and did a thorough check of my basement and made suggestions in the areas that will need upgrading; and with my consent fixed the things that needed immediate repair - frozen valves on water heater and dryer. The water company needed to turn off the water, so Jason had to make a return trip to install the valve. On that day he detected a clog in the basement drain and took care of that as well. Jason has integrity and knowledge that he readily shares. more

Excellent Service from David 8/1/2017

David from Weltman came to do our annual A/C check-up. Everything has been working well (thank heaven!) but he crawled up into our attic and thoroughly examined our components there. He then checked our outside units, after which he showed me that dust and pollen particulates were being sucked into one of the units, but only in the back. He then carefully instructed me on how to clean those vents with our garden hose. I now feel confident our A/C will continue to function perfectly. more

He was extremely professional and courteous. He arrived at my residence promptly. I explained what was done and what needed to be corrected. He fixed the issue expeditiously.
