Toppers Spa/Salon Rittenhouse

Daniel Ianelli is the reason to go to this salon. I have been using him as my stylist for many years. He is exceptionally talented and focused on the individual client's style, preferences and the practical aspects of maintaining a sharp look after you leave the salon. Other stylists that I had used before switching to Daniel would give me cuts that were not well suited for me or styles that would look good when I left the salon, but were impossible to maintain. Daniel offers suggestions, and gives you clear direction on what he believes will (or will not) work for you. But he never tries to press his own agenda at the expense of what the client wants. I started out as someone who was extremely conservative in terms of what I would try with hairstyle and color because I had run into problems with prior stylists who seemed to view these matters as one size fits all. But, I have come to welcome Daniel's thoughts and suggestions because he has demonstrated time and time again his understanding of what works for me. He is efficient. accomodating and always on time. And he also is exceptionally nice and engaging. It is very unusual to find this combination of professionalism and talent. He is a true find. I made an appointment for a spa manicure/pedicure. There was nothing luxury about it - I could have gone to a walk-in nail salon and had better service at half the price. The woman who did my manicure was extremely unprofessional and had the nerve to make comments about my nails...Umm, if my nails were perfect I wouldn't need a manicure, would I? For the pedicure, she only massaged the legs/feet for a few minutes. At the local nail salon I have received MUCH better pedicures. I really believed for a pricey, ""luxury"" Manicure/pedicure it would have been a better experience but it was far from it. \r \r My recommendation is to stay far away from here and get your nails done at a walk-in place. more

I went to the toppers in Newtown bucks county,i figured why drive into town if i dont have to ,,i love my stylist there but ,i wanted to see what the new toppers has to offer..so in I go..well let me say a beautiful place.my stylist,Joseph Dailey,,he was wonderful,,he reworked my highlights and low lights for the summer,gave a great cut,you know when you can feel your hair is right,,well mine was right on!,cant wait to go back ,,he was so helpful in showing me new tricks with styling and using products i would never have thought of using .when you sit in his chair its all about you,,no body else..i was excited once i saw how he could work that blowdryer ,i knew he was it for me.....then when i thought he was done he went thru and did some more cutting like i never saw before,,on dry hair,,my hair has never looked or felt so good,,thank you Joseph!! Im in Heaven. more

He did an amazing job and gave my layers that I loved! The thing that I love the best is that he kept in touch with my after my haircut. He emailed me that day giving me his contact numbers so that I could reach him whenever I needed. This week I wanted to get my bangs trimmed. I texted him asking if I could come in the next day. He answered my back almost immediately telling my to come in the next day....asking when it was convenient for me! I am really impressed by this and am impressed with his work. I will definitely be using Daniel as my hairstylist and recomend him to everyone! more
