Am I the only one that could see straight through Daniel Innelli? After getting my hair highlighted, colored, cut by very reputable stylists all of my life, I decided that I just had try Toppers salon. I had previously gone there for a hot rock massage which was out of this world. I totally would reccomend their spa, its fabulous and if you look on their website, you can sometimes find coupons if its your first time for around 20% off. Anyway, getting back to Daniel. The guy who aparently had worked for famous Pileggi salon in philadelphia said the reason he switched was because Toppers wanted him to create a whole new atmosphere in their salon and bring it up a couple notches to a really upscale salon. Obviously, they didn't take the time to meet Daniel prior to hiring him. He is arrogant, knows nothing and doesnt do what you want. I went in there knowing exactly what I wanted, and $300 plus dollars later, was left with hair that looked the same as when I went in. He tried to pursuade me to try all these ""new"" products, which I have used for years now. Also, tried to convince me to purchase a toner ($50 bucks by the way) even when I told him I have had many toners before and they leave my hair less than desireable. I have naturally dirty blonde hair and wanted something other then highlights that never reach the root. He gave me the highlights that I did not want along with a toner that left my hair darker then what I had going into it. Plus, his assistant is the one doing all of the work. If Daniel spent more then 10 minutes combined on my color and cut during the 3 hours I was there, I'd be suprised. All in all, he is a complete moron and a ripoff. He needs to learn that brainwashing his clients isnt the way to go. The spa is fabulous tho, any of the treatments are well worth it!
