Shellie Miller's name was given to us by friends when we expressed a need to figure out storage in our much smaller, older home. She came to our house with her laser measuring device, a big smile and a lot of knowledge. Completely impressed with Shellie and the Closet Factory, we are moving forward with several projects that will make our lives much less stressful! more

This is the 3rd project that I've had Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale complete for me. As always the design was perfect and Alejandro who did the installation was very professional and did beautiful work...he should get a raise! All the work has been outstanding. This company offers a wide variety of style, I like modern, and my wife likes traditional. Our designer Jessica Bentley was able to go transitional with the style that both of us are very happy with. It took some time to decided, but she was very patient with us. The personnel at Closet Factory as a whole are very knowledgeable and gives practical advice. A little pricey but worthy! more

The service at the Deerfield Beach Closet Factory location was exceptional along with the products they had to offer. The displays in the showroom were good looking and reasonably priced for the quality. After we placed our order with Jessica Bentley (great designer by the way) the order arrived on time and the staff were helpful through the entire process. more

Awesome and refreshing retail experience at Closet Factory Deerfield. High quality product for great prices ... staff was most helpful guiding our decision on our purchase. Would recommend the designer Jessica Bentley hands down. \r Spent several weeks searching the best place to do business with and who offered the best value and selection. Very knowledgeable and patient sales designer (Jessica Bentley) plus fair pricing. Highly recommended if you are looking for great quality construction and contemporary designs plus longevity (30+ years in business), Closet Factory in Ft. Laud is the best choice. more

My beautiful new home had ugly wire closets so I called The Closet Factory because of there advertising. They sent a nice lady named Shellie Miller. She measured and told me about them and made a design on her computer in my kitchen. She was very professional and the closet is very pretty. It has drawers and more room than I thought it would! more

Closets and Garage Floor 6/22/2016

I met Mark through an ad I had. My husband didnt want to do our closets but I convinced him ::))!\r Mark has great insight and has the closet flow down to near perfection.\r Mark went over and beyond! He even met us on a Sunday cuz we flew in from out of town on short notice. He knows his stuff people .....anyone working with him is in good hands! Now that my closets are done i cant wait to get my garage floors epoxied...(yes they do that too).\r Closet factory is VERY lucky to have you on board Mark...thanks for answering all my emails so promptly you are very accessible and anyone working with you in the future will be in great hands and by the end of the process will consider you a friend when it all said and done.\r Cindy and Tom Capobianco more

In our new house our master bedroom closet is pretty wide, so I was thinking I wanted an island in the middle, but was convinced by the sales person, Jessica Bentley, that I would get more use and flexibility with another design. She was so right. I bought an entertainment center and also designed my home office while with her at the Closet Factory showroom. Very impressive operation as well as a very good deal. Didn't feel pressured- actually walked away feeling great about my purchase. more

Bought a garage from the Closet Factory in Deerfield Beach Florida, and have been very happy with it. A close friend actually steered my wife and me to this designer Jessica Bentley on the basis of their GOOD experience with her as well as great quality and value. Granted they were a bit more expensive than some others, we are very happy to pay for the experience and end result. We are now on to our next project with Jessica. more

We responded to a Closet Factory advertisement when we were renovating our new winter residence. My husband and I envisioned a contemporary cabinet with glass doors to go in our dining room. They sent a design professional, Shellie Miller, to evaluate the space and make our vision come to life. We are ecstatic with the results! Our good friends had their closets done by Shellie Miller and we invited her to come and meet us to share her ideas for our four large closets. This is our Winter home and we wanted to utilize every inch of space possible. She explained the process, took careful measurements and listened to both my husband and I as we discussed needs and wants. A few days later we toured the Closet Factory showroom, which was fantastic, and sat in a beautiful room while she went over each closet design carefully. Then we selected from a vast array of styles, colors and options. My favorite add-on is the pull-out mirror! The guys who came and put the closets in were very neat and finished earlier than they were scheduled for. Overall, it was a comfortable experience and we will recommend Shellie and the Closet Factory to anyone who asks. Thanks Shellie!! more

I was hesitant to buy from a store that are a large franchise. Plus contemporary or modern designs were either way out of our price range or of very shoddy quality. We decided to give Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale a try. When we purchased, the salesperson, Jessica Bentley was helpful, but not overbearing. We had no problem using a coupon we had from a mailing. We ordered our closets and it was delivered Saturday morning in perfect condition by very polite installers. So all in all, great service! more
