We loved all the ideas that the showroom in Deerfield gave us. My husband never knew how involved a closet could get, but the Closet Factory really makes the room custom. Our designer Jessica Bentley showed us the designs in a private room and allowed us to make some changes to get it perfect. Never thought it would be a fun process, but it was. Great place to do business with. more

It?s not often that in the remodeling industry that things go smoothly, however the staff at the Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale, especially our designer Jessica Bentley facilitated our order and install very well. I?m not one to usually write a recommendation, but this company has their ducks in order. So they deserve more business. I can tell why they have been in business for as long as they have. Don?t bother looking elsewhere. You?ll be happy to spend a little bit more for the stress free experience. more

Just Beautiful! 4/9/2016

This is not the first time my wife and I have used Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. He also built us a beautiful home office which we love. This time we asked him to replace some aged sliding doors which were installed by the builder with a higher quality solution that would match the other work we've done in our home. Mark came up with just the right solution and they turned out exactly as we wanted. The Installers were really top guys and we simply can't be happier with the results. We are already working on another project with Mark and my sister saw our home office and wants Mark to design and build one for her as well. I know she will be in great hands. From the designer Jessica Bentley to the amazing show room, Closet Factory in Deerfield is the only way to go in my opinion. She was on time to our appointments (which is very rare in Florida) and the company went out of their way to make the process an enjoyable one. The whole staff was great in changing my installation date with no worries. I look forward to my future projects with Jessica. more

We have been in the process of building a new home for over 2 years, and the Closet Factory in Ft Lauderdale was the best vendor we worked with hands down. Jessica Bentley was the personal design consultant assigned to us and she was an A+. She met with us a few times and went step by step through our designs before we had to make a decision. The professionalism was UN-paralleled to the rest of the competition. more

I would highly recommend going with Jessica Bentley with the Closet Factory in Deerfield. She was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. She was not pushy like the other sales people that gave us another quote. Her ability to have patients with us allows us to suggest using this designer and company. more

Thanks to Jeanne Hessen I now have closets in my home that I am very proud of. It was such a pleasure to work with her and the Closet Factory. From the very start I knew I was in good hands. She inventoried all my shoes; pocket books and everything that I needed to go into my closet and then created a space for everything to fit just right and at the same time make it look like it was custom built for a Queen. Moving into our new home was extremely stressful, however working with Jessica Bentley was NOT at all. She actually made the process fun. Working in the design studio with her made me feel like I was a part of the process and had control over what I was buying. They installed when they said they would- which was a dream compared to my kitchen that took 4 more months that promised. Everything looks great, even my kids keep their closets organized! Loved the?experience. more

My wife and I are really excited about moving into our new home and can't be more pleased with the way our closets came out. We hired Jeanne Hessen from the Closet Factory because a friend of mine had her custom build his closets and said if you want the best, you have to hire the best. So he gave me Jeanne's name and number and again we could not be happier. Jeanne was such a pleasure to work with and her professionalism is second to none. The Closet Factory custom builds everything and they come out and install. Jeanne kept us up to date every step of the way and I wish all the other contractors were as professional. The Closet Factory also custom build garages and we are having Jeanne back to do our garage. I would tell anybody who wants the best, to call Jeanne. Thank you Jeanne. more

My home office was in need of professional organization so we called Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale because they are recommended by COSTCO. As COSTCO members we trust COSTCO to partner with quality companies who do really good work at a fair price and that's what we got. Mark Sidell was our Designer and we really appreciated his professionalism in helping us to get my office organized properly. We loved that Mark was always on time too. My office looks great! Closet & Hula Hoop Demo! 3/24/2016

My wife and I recently purchased a new home and unexpectedly my wife's old wire closet system collapsed. With two young kids this was an expense we had not budgeted for. We called Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale and when Mark Sidell arrived at our home he immediately understood our situation. He designed the closet right there on the spot using his laptop computer, that matched our needs and just as importantly, our budget. He didn't try to pressure us into something we couldn't afford. Actually Mark was the one under pressure. My 4 year old daughter told Mark he couldn't leave until he used her Hula Hoop. The closet was installed a few weeks later by a very professional and courteous Installer. And at the end of the day, Mark fulfilled both promises. We are so happy! From the start, Jessica Bentley was there for us from design to creation of our entertainment center- she ever helped us with selection of other colors with our decorating. She is very organized, reliable, and available if we needed her through this process. We redid our whole home, so it took some time, but at the end of it all, its exactly what we envisioned. Jessica Bentley was so friendly upon her arrival it was easy for me and my wife to make a decision to work with the Closet Factory in Deerfield. And after meeting her in the showroom, we were sold on the sturdy products. We especially like the lifetime warranty from a company that has been in business for over 3 decades. When my wife and I were looking for someone to do our master closets, we stopped in the Closet Factory and it must of been our lucky day, because we met Jeanne Hessen and not only is she the best designer in the Deerfield store, but she is the best designer in the nation wide chain of stores from what we have been told. She is amazing based on our own experience. We could not be happier with how our closets came out. We look forward to working with her again on other projects in our home. more

Beautiful Garage Floor! 3/18/2016

I really needed my garage updated and I was looking for a really well done look that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. I found Mark Sidell who is an amazing Designer at the Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. I am now the recipient of a beautiful garage floor. Mark, you are truly one of the best!
