I have to thank Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale for doing such a great job with my garage cabinets. He gave me a color sample so that I could paint before they installed the cabinets so that when they were done it would look totally custom. We had a number of projects in our home that were lingering and so we called Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. When Mark Sidell came to the house we knew within a very few minutes that he was the right man for the job. We took some time to check out his background and found he is among the highest ranked Designers in the country so we felt very comfortable working with him. After all was said and done we asked Mark to design 6 different areas including a wardrobe for our master bedroom,, our master closet, our garage including cabinetry and flooring, and my husband's all important home office. The truth is we needed each of these projects done just right so we simply couldn't trust it to just anyone. We are so grateful to Mark and the Closet Factory people for making sure that each area was done to perfection. Some of my neighbors have had their garages done but I was reluctant to have mine done because I thought it would be a hassle. Then I saw the garage of a very close friend and she was totally thrilled. She even had a party in her garage to show it off. She told me she had used Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale so since it looked so great I decided to call. Mark was extremely helpful and got me everything I wanted. He made the process very simple to understand and very affordable. The installers were fantastic and I can truly say I am very happy with the results. We wanted to have several closets done so after a little research we called 3 companies. The best by far and the one we selected was Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. Working with Mark Sidell made all the difference. When he came to the house we were so impressed that we asked him to design 2 additional things that we really needed done but weren't sure who to call. Mark really knows what he is doing and he made my husband and I so happy with the designs and the work that was done. Each area that was built turned out so beautiful. We hired Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale to build a number of pieces for us in our ocean-front condo. The work had to really be exceptional because we retired from the high-end cabinet-making business in NY and we know what good work is. Well we can tell you everything came out incredibly beautiful. The work was completed professionally and efficiently. Beautiful workmanship. Our Designer was Mark Sidell and we found him to be very competent. I highly Recommend Mark Sidell and Closet Factory! 4/23/2016

It was a real pleasure working with Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. I needed some storage in my garage so I looked in the Penny Saver and saw an ad for Closet Factory. I placed a call to Closet Factory where I spoke to Mark Sidell who is a Senior Design Consultant. Mr. Sidell came to my house, looked at the garage and took measurements. He told me he would go back to his office and create a design which he explained would handle all the items in my garage and do so within the budget I set. Mark also invited me to come to their Showroom. When I got to the Showroom Mr. Sidell was out sick that day so his General Manager, Mr. Nemeth, showed me around the Showroom and the manufacturing area too. Mr. Nemeth called Mr. Sidell so that I could speak with him even though he was out sick. They were both very professional and very helpful in assisting me in making the right decisions. Very Happy With New Garage! 4/23/2016

From the first visit to our home to the final stages of installation, Mark Sidell and the entire crew from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale made us very happy with our new garage cabinetry. Mark invited us to their large showroom to see all the options which made it easy to decide what we wanted. This was promptly followed by a nice fellow who came to remeasure the space to assure a perfect fit for the final design we developed with Mark's help. The installation took place exactly on the day scheduled. The Installer was a really nice guy who truly knew his job. He custom built every section on site with great care. The finished job looks great and was just what we expected. Closet Factory is definitely the place to go and Mark Sidell is the Designer to see. Professionalism, great quality, and respect come to mind with Closet Factory. No other company assigns a designer to work side by side with you to create an exact picture of what you are buying. Compared to the process of the other companies, this one has the best one. We would highly recommend working with Jessica Bentley as a designer. This was the second time we used Closet Factory. Both designers were great, but Jessica Bentley was so wonderful, we would recommend asking for her if you decided to do business with them. She always returned our calls and emails, even after the job was done and we needed some service done. It was refreshing to work with an individual who took so much pride in what she does and really cares about customer service. more

Jessica Bentley was great to work with at the Closet Factory in Ft. Lauderdale. It took a little while to order our stuff, but she was willing to wait till we were ready. The other companies were not willing to work with our time line. We felt no pressure with this company or designer. Great experience! more

I interviewed 4 companies and Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale was by far the most knowledgeable designer. He listened to what I wanted to do, asked questions, gave me options and then provided a design that would meet my needs. Mark wasn't afraid to tell me if he thought something wouldn't work or that there might be a "better" way to accomplish the goal. I looked at his work, photos of prior installs, compared what I wanted to what he had already done and came to the conclusion that Mark could deliver on his promises. I gave him a budget and he worked within it. Mark will definitely see me for future projects.\r \r Jo Carol Rutherford more

Just the Look We Wanted. 4/19/2016

We live in Valencia in Boynton Beach, FL and the builder offers a built in office as an option. We asked Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale to come and discuss some options. He showed us how for the same or less money we could get the work done with a much nicer finish and how to avoid a number of design errors that the builder had in the model. Well it turned out great ! Just the look we wanted. Filled the 12ft wall perfectly with shelves & drawers as requested. Also the installer did a professional job!\r \r Alan & Pat Pollyea more

Closet Factory Work is Far Superior!! 4/19/2016

We have done custom closets in our other home, but the Closet Factory design and installation that Mark Sidell did for us is far superior! We met Mark via COSTCO's preferred vendor program, and, as with everything associated with COSTCO we ended up being very pleased with the final results. Mark did an excellent job of designing our 3 closets and informing us of all the options that were available. He also did a good job of explaining how the COSTCO program worked including their very favorably negotiated national pricing along with the substantial rebates. Due to some of the irregularities of our closets Mark and the installers had to be very inventive. The final installation was perfect and we couldn't be happier with our new closets. We found that working with a company in business for as long as Closet Factory is well worth the money. Our friends decided to save a little and now they are very disappointed with their closets. Jessica Bentley, our designer, promised us we would not be disappointed,,,, and she was totally right. I would highly recommend using the Closet Factory in Deerfield. I am from NJ and Jessica Bentley made the installation happen with us out of town. It was so nice being able to come home to our Florida home and everything was to our expectations. I already had her call me brother and he is also happy with the whole process. more
