It was a real pleasure working with Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. I needed some storage in my garage so I looked in the Penny Saver and saw an ad for Closet Factory. I placed a call to Closet Factory where I spoke to Mark Sidell who is a Senior Design Consultant. Mr. Sidell came to my house, looked at the garage and took measurements. He told me he would go back to his office and create a design which he explained would handle all the items in my garage and do so within the budget I set. Mark also invited me to come to their Showroom. When I got to the Showroom Mr. Sidell was out sick that day so his General Manager, Mr. Nemeth, showed me around the Showroom and the manufacturing area too. Mr. Nemeth called Mr. Sidell so that I could speak with him even though he was out sick. They were both very professional and very helpful in assisting me in making the right decisions.
