For the best closet designer by far, contact Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory in Deerfield Beach. She not only designed the most unbelievable closet for us but as soon as we met with her, we knew we were in goods hands. She is a pro's pro. She completely took all the stress out of the picture for us. She made sure the installers were aware of all the tiny details we wanted and created an absolutely beautiful closet for us. We are so pleased that we are having her come back and do her magic in other areas of our house. Thanks again Jeanne. more

Do yourself a favor. When you call the Closet Factory ask them to send Shellie Miller. Shellie made my entire closet renovation a lovely experience, from the first time she came to measure up until her last visit when she brought me an extra shelf. In between she was professional, pleasant and made sure to check on my opinion of the installer (excellent Scott S!) and the final outcome (holds more than I expected!) I highly recommend Shellie and The Closet Factory to help with anything regarding organization. more

Really like the design process with Mark Sidell. My husband and I enjoyed the fact that we could see and feel everything in the Closet Factory showroom in Fort Lauderdale. We were also able to make changes to the designs and see them immediately rather than doing this process by email which would take many more days to complete. Installers were very professional and courteous. They did beautiful work and the floor is beautiful. We would absolutely recommend Mark and Closet Factory to our friends and family.\r \r Bari & Scott Wolfman more

I got Mark Sidell to build my closets and a wine storage closet for me so he was the only name I thought of to do this project. Working with Mark is easy and very straightforward. I tell him what I want and he builds it, most times even better than what I asked for. I work a lot and when I get home I really love relaxing in my living room with my new entertainment center. Thanks goes out to Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory for coming out and making the designing and installing of my custom garage a pleasure. She took all the stress of deciding on what to do with a garage fool of stuff right out of the situation. Her knowledge of knowing what could be done and the best way to go about it, makes her a tremendous asset to her company. Mark made things so easy. We sort of knew what we wanted but walking through the design process with Mark made things so much easier because he created 3-d images that helped us to visualize each closet. The Installers were very good and worked quickly and quietly and most important did beautiful work. We love the work 8/19/2016

We enjoyed the design process with Mark Sidell. This was a job that we really needed done in our home and Mark visited several times to make sure we got the correct look and function. I worked with Mark in the Closet Factory showroom on a number of occasions to work through the design details. I really liked working this way so that I had the opportunity to get exactly what I wanted. The installers were terrific and Pascale in particular was very patient and flexible when changes were required even during installation. We highly recommend using Mark and the Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale and have already given Mark additional work to do for our friends.\r \r Sahar & Amer Naiem more

Everybody involved was really terrific, especially Mark. He made the process really easy. When we worked with Mark in the Showroom it was really great seeing everything first hand. Mark was at his best again. This is the fourth job he's done for me. This time I needed another large closet converted from a mess to a masterpiece. I needed hanging space but in this closet I also needed Mark to find lots of shelving space as well. I'm quite short and need him to incorporate the same pull downs that he put in my other closet that allows me to pull the higher rod down to a level that's comfortable to me. All in all it want very well just like thee prior 3 times he's come to help me. I highly recommend Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. We wanted to customize several closets so we called 3 companies. The most outstanding and the one we selected was Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. Working with Shellie Miller made all the difference. When she came to the house we were so impressed that we asked her to design 2 additional areas (we didn't know Closet Factory did entertainment centers). Prior to her coming, we knew we wanted them done but weren't sure who to call. Shellie really knows what she is doing and my husband and I were both so happy with her designs and the work that was done. Each area turned out so beautiful. Thanks Shellie! more

So far the best experience in our entire ""home-project"" experience, having our home office designed by the very capable and talented Amy Mendez was the best decision we've made. We found her by calling the Closet Factory after hearing from a friend that they did high quality customs work at a fair price. They sent Amy who sat with my husband and I for quite some time in order to pin down all of our must-haves and wish-list items. Our trip to the showroom to see her ideas in 3D was a great experience and we were surprised at how organized and full of options the place was. My husband liked that everything is made there, and not prefabricated. A few weeks after we ordered our ""dream office,"" everything arrived and was installed on schedule by a great crew of guys. Whenever I walk into that old guest room, I smile at the new, beautiful, efficient and well-designed home office we will enjoy for many years! Thanks Amy! more

We needed a nice closet for my husband's mother who is moving in with us. Our house is built in '68 and storage is very limited. My neighbor friend was telling me about Shellie Miller from the closet factory and how she could probably work miracles with our tiny space. I'm SO GLAD I took her advice! Shellie came out and showed us how we could make moms closet hold a lot more than we would have guessed! My husband is so impressed that he wants to do the laundry room next. Us people with little houses don't know the magic that can be done! Call a professional, Shellie Miller, when it comes to getting organized. more

My wife and I are very pleased at the way our master closet turned out. We were helped by Amy Mendez and the Closet Factory to create a space that had plenty of room for all of our clothing, shoes, all my ties and all of her belts. Frankly, I am amazed that Amy was able to make it all fit nicely and still look so aesthetically pleasing! She was very easy to work with and the installer was a pleasure as well. Somewhat of a ""nervous nelly""; I purchased a new master closet and then kept thinking I'd made the wrong choices. Shellie Miller was kind enough to reassure me throughout the entire process and came to my home three different times to go over the 3D images and help me to envision how everything would come together. This little lady deserves an award for her patience! The men who came to put the system in were efficient and neat. We by far now have the most outstanding garage in the neighborhood due to the outstanding work done by Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. She came to our home and gave us ideas on what we could do with our garage that I had never imagined. We now have an entertainment area that I could actually live in, I love it that much. I already have a list of friends that are demanding I put you in touch with, I could probably make some good money representing you, lol. more
