I love the work Mark Sidell from Closet Factory did for me in my garage. He made the design process so simple even though I had never done this kind of thing before. He asked me if I had compared companies and I told him that after I met him I was convinced that I didn't need anyone else. Plus they were selected by Motor Trend and COSTCO too so I felt I was in good hands. Thank you Mark for the great work and please thank the installers too because they were real pros. I'm so glad I stopped by the Closet Factory one Saturday and met with one of their top designers, Jeanne Hessen. Right away I knew I was in good hands as she took me thru their show room and showed me how they custom build everything. I was so excited. Jeanne designed the most beautiful closet for me, that was custom built giving me the perfect space for all my clothes and everything else. I did not think it was possible, but sure enough she created the perfect space. I love it more

My wife and I had been so stressed over trying to find the best designer and company to customize our closets. And then we met Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. Not only did our stress go away, we had the best time working with Jeanne, she was great in listening to us as far as what we wanted and how we needed to maximize our space because we have so much stuff. She took an inventory of all our stuff (clothes; shoes; pocket books; ties; belts; etc.) and then created the most beautiful, organized closet we had ever seen. Thanks again Jeanne, we look forward to working with you again. more

Thanks to our neighbor our search for a designer to help us design and custom build our walk-in closets came to an end. We had been looking for someone for a long time and our neighbor said she was told, if your looking for the best designer and company to meet your needs then you need to call the Closet Factory and ask for Jeanne Hessen. Well that is exactly what we did and to make a long story short, we could not be happier. It turns out that the Closet Factory does more than just closets and we are looking forward to having her come back and turn our garage into a Man-Cave for my husband and to convert a spare bedroom into a home office. Thank you so much Jeanne. more

We love the floor. Installers were very professional. Everything was really great and we love Mark. He did an extremely good job of helping us understand the significant advantages of PolyUrea. Thanks to Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory we have an amazing home office and murphy bed that she custom designed for us. We had been shopping around for someone to come in and give us what we wanted and several other companies could not offer us anything close to what Jeanne and the Closet Factory gave us. We are so pleased with what they did and we will recommend them to our family and friends. Jeanne was quiet the professional and very talented. We would never work with anybody else. more

Everything was fantastic. We really liked Mark Sidell and the design process. In fact we are going to do our second garage as well. The installers were very professional and neat. There were many colors and varieties. I originally thought that the price was just a tad on the expensive end, but it seems to be competitive with the rest of the market, and I ultimately chose Mark and Closet Factory because I believed their service and quality would be better than competitors or alternatives.\r \r I will definitely recommend Mark and Closet Factory to anyone who asks me to recommend a closet Designer. Absolutely love my garage floor! 9/26/2016

Absolutely love it! Mark Sidell at Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale was amazing. He is doing many spaces in my home that I recently gutted. The garage had to be done right away and it had to be done right. The floor these guys do was the best option since we didn't want epoxy. Our last garage had epoxy from another garage company who told us it was not epoxy. Turned out to be epoxy and we had nothing but trouble with it. Do yourself a favor if you want a garage floor done call Mark at Closet Factory and tell him I sent you!\r CI Fine more

My husband and I enjoyed doing business with Shellie Miller and the Closet Factory. We were pleasantly surprised at how well things came together. Shellie created a plan for each area that we wanted to customize and helped us choose colors and trim while always keeping our budget in mind. We really appreciated her honesty and attention to every detail. She was there for us every step of the way, including a stop to check on the installation, which went perfectly. The Closet Factory was the right choice for us...and Shellie made it even better! more

Gorgeous garage floor 9/23/2016

We are very satisfied with the work Closet Factory did for us. We are really glad we met Mark Sidell because we were about to use another vendor who told us they were going to put down a "poly hybrid" floor. Turns out that after the salesman lied to us it's really just epoxy which we already had and it was horrible. Thanks Mark for helping to not make a huge mistake.
