The design process was seamless. Mark Sidell walked us through every step of the way. He did an awesome job and made sure to recommend a beautiful polyurea floor that worked perfect as a compromise for my husband and I since we each choose a different floor color.\r \r The installation was exactly what Mark promised...perfect. The Closet Factory Team is actually the Motor Trend Team as well and they did a great job on the cabinets and the floor. Everything looks ten times better than anything else we had seen. We met Mark Sidell at Closet Factory after talking to a few other companies. About 10 minutes into our tour of the showroom and factory we looked at each other and knew we found the right people to do the work in our new home. We needed a lot done not just closets. We told Mark that they should change the name to Not Just Closets because we never knew that they did all the things they do. After seeing first hand the quality of what they build and how they build it we asked Mark to build my home office, put storage cabinets in our garage along with coating the floor, build our entertainment center, laundry room, and linen closets. We spent lots of time with Mark working on the details of each design. Not only did each oone turn out just beautiful, Mark worked some magic and made the entire deal very affordable. After spending a ton of money building our home and all the costs of upgrades and then moving, it was really great getting a bit of a break. So knowledgeable and fun to work with. Mark was so much fun to work with and he really knows his stuff. I wanted to do my garage and had visited lots of places to see what they had but Closet Factory was clearly the top company. Several promised lifetime guarantees but I didn't get the feeling that they would be able to back that up. And since many hungs the cabinets on the wall and offered epoxy type floor coating I knew I needed a better option. When I met Mark he made sure I understood all the options in the market place and why Closet Factory was selected by Motor Trend and COSTCO to be their partner. I told Mark I really loved color and he was very helpful in finding just the right floor and cabinet combination and he made sure the price was affordable. My husband and I have an extensive collection of books of every size. We wanted to have a beautiful library to display them. Since we have worked with Shellie Miller before, we knew that she was capable of designing something that would be worthy of our beautiful home. As anticipated, she delivered! We have a beautiful library with ornate crown molding that is always noticed and complimented on by our guests. After living in our home for nearly twenty years, we faced a ""love it or list it"" moment, primarily centered around our living/entertainment area.
